Amazing service perfect for construction contractors as phone don’t last 3 years every 18 months get a new one

Having received a new phone, I got in touch to say it wasn't the one I was expecting - smaller memory than one I'd discussed. I was told that my original conversation would have to be transcribed to clarify if the memory capacity was wrong. I received notification a couple of days later telling me that the phone I'd received was the wrong memory capacity and that if I returned it, the a new phone with the correct memory capacity would be sent to me. Excellent customer service from Louise and other members of staff.
