We had a call to check our plan, we were given the choice to lower the payment or get a new phone. We didn't want new phones so we lowered the payment and said we'd ride out until the end of the contract then remove one of the phones as we don't use it really. Instead they gave us a new 3 year contract despite knowing we were dropping a line hence no new phone upgrade. We had no idea this was an entirely new contract and as a tiny charity, we are now tied in to it. I didn't realise until too late. We clearly stated we didn't want a new contract.

I phoned to enquire about an upgrade and everything was dealt with very professionally, the agent was very friendly, helpful and informative. It was all sorted within 15 minutes and he made sure I understood everything. Very good service.

I called frustrated about an issue I had my network and transferring to my new eSIM that was putting my out of pocket due to it being a business line. John from Prestige Telecom Group solved the issue without any hesitation. From the moment the call was picked up to the moment I left I went from frustrated to relieved and a bit weigh lifted off my chest now that my new phone works great without any issues! In definitely glad hindsight I chose to go with Prestige and Plan.com for the new Iphone17 pro max and new eSIM with the same number I use for business.

I would recommend to all family and friends. For my frustrations I asked regarding compensation and the first offer was perfect. No need to ask for any more. I’m delighted with the service provided today!!
