Excellent from start to finish

Not a fan of Plan.com tbh. However today I spoke to a lovely lady called Charlotte Green who was well informed with her knowledge. Her telephone manner was excellent. It felt like I was taking to a friend. On this one Plan.com gave me the perfect person to talk to.

The most important thing is that I was able to speak directly with Aaron, Lee and Johnny. They took care to explain the benefits to me and the process of arranging my new phone has been fairly easy, despite the challenges arising from my end. It is comforting to have a mobile number I can call if I need support.
