Very easy to deal with i wouldn’t go with any one else

Submitted an SAR on the 27th July had no response about it multiple emails and phone calls have been made and they are not taking any responsibility they keep saying they will send an email but we never get anything back. Completely missold our phone contracts and today is the 15th September and we still haven’t received any information or response regarding SAR and a separate formal complaint

Explained everything very clearly even rang me back after I asked them to send me an email with all the details on. They put no pressure on for me to replace my phone. Very happy with the service or received and would certainly recommend them

My account manager is always available and able to sort things quickly and efficiently. Whenever a renewal or upgrade is required, I dont have to chase. Someone calls me to set up everything quickly. Great company to work with

I would highly recommend Prestige Telecom Group. I have had no problems at all. They called this morning to renew my contract. There was no push just clear information. Working out from the last few years what I now needed. We came up with a new plan to fulfil my needs and my new phone will be delivered tomorrow. Very happy customer

WARNING - Rung me claiming to manage business phone contracts on behalf of EE, and that they work in direct partnership with EE. After calling EE this is complete lies and underhand tactics to gain business, if you sign a contract with them you cannot exit without paying a huge fee. Avoid at all costs.
