The company are very responsive when they are ‘selling’ you a solution, but my past experience with getting technical help has been very poor. I was automatically signed up for a ‘priority’ customer service offer, which would be free for a limited period but then chargeable. I declined the offer as customer service should be free for paying customers.

Had a nightmare to start with this…
Had a nightmare to start with this change over,no incoming calls for over 3 weeks on a business phone, lost alot of work. After numerous phone calls,passed to IT many times, Eventually got through to Louise Heaton and within 10 minutes phone up and running and compensation given… Louise is an absolute credit to the company!
