I have ordered from this company several times and every time received my products - although these reviews are negative I’ve had a completely different experience! The products I’ve received were identical to the ones seen on Instagram and high quality. Shipping as well was incredibly quick. I’m unsure why the other reviews are so poor as I’ve had nothing but success ordering from this company.

One star is because it will not let you give no stars.
This company is definitely a scam. My order was large, and I was robbed. They are constantly active on instagram, but you will not get any DM responses. If you comment on a post about it it will get deleted. Emails will not be responded to either, I've sent like 7 one had a response that was just another lie. You can not track the order either, I finally got a posted email but low and behold there is no tracking on it, and it doesn't even mention which postal company they use. If they have as much time as they do to be on social media they have time to reply to customers. I see they replied to one review on here that they are not scammers but they absolutely are, and they have one person who comments on their posts all the time positively, this must be a friend not a customer. They are scammers please do not be robbed like I was. Order #4371

Edit now because as you can see from the reply, 1st off it doesnt address any of the issues at all, no answers to give to a substantial order placed. How a company can spend so much time on instagram but not have time to answer people or sort out orders, messages that started out normal and polite messages, also have time to reply to a bad review but no answers or no resolutions, that as well as the reply shows the professionalism. All of these bad reviews cant be argued with and we have all experienced near on the same situation. Also its fairly obvious who I was calling a thief, money paid no products arrive (with no help) thats theft.

Made an order and still no shipping info. Contact them different ways and no response. However charged has been made. So I agree with the others reviews. Do not order!!!!

They take you money and don't send the items. They do not reply to any emails! Totally scam

I bought white glitter a few months ago, but the box rusts and turns the glitter green from rust

I placed my order in September and I have a similar situation as in other reviews. They don't respond to email. Who knows how to get money back from these thieves?

Absolutely horrible!! I placed my order #3909 on 8/26. I received an email on 9/7 saying it shipped but there has never had tracking info. I’ve reached out multiple times via email and Instagram messaging without a response. What’s worse if they continue to post on IG as if it was a real and reputable company. They are thieves!!

I ordered 3 glitters Aug 23, order #3882. After no update for over a week I sent emails. I recieved an email saying it had shipped. I checked my order page and it said it had not even been processed. I sent another email and got no response. Eventually I tried sending a message on Instagram. No response. I tried commenting on Instagram, no response. I sent another email. No response. Eventually, in October, I recieved AN order. My order still shows it never shipped. What I recieved was definitely not MY order. I tried emailing, commenting and messaging again...no response. This was my last resort. I've never seen a company be so terrible as customer service, response, shipping, etc. Everything about this was done wrong and I got ripped off out of my money. I did everything I could to try and get this and to get MY order. Pretty little cosmetics did nothing to try and get me my order. Judging by these reviews, I see I'm far from the only one. Plus, the company's rude responses taking zero accountability speaks volumes. I cannot recommend anyone to shop here. I certainly never will again. It's a shame. Their product looked pretty. And whoever's order they sent me, the packaging was subpar( just lil ziplock-type baggies), there was nothing to keep the glitter from coming put of the pan nor to keep the pan protected in shipping. Now I'm stuck with an order I definitely didn't want and can't use.

EDIT: I VERY clearly stated my order still shows it was never shipped and what came in the other day was NOT my order. I knew they'd try to reply, be rude and not even actually read the review that CLEARLY stated what was sent to me was NOT what i had ordered...but I have all the screenshots of what I ordered, the emails I sent, the messages I sent, what was actually sent to my house and the comments that went ignored.

EDIT 2: it's October 9th and there's been zero emails from PLC.

EDIT 3: It's October 15, and STILL zero emails from PLC.

J'ai vécu une bonne expérience avec cette entreprise. Les produits sont arrivés en bon état et sont bien emballés.

Néanmoins, le bémol c'est que il fait compter environ un mois entre la commande et le reçu de cette commande chez nous. Du coup, il faut juste anticiper pour pallier à cela. En plus, y'a pas vraiment de suivi postale, enfin personnellement je n'y ai pas eu accès donc j'espérais juste que ma commande arrive.

Le conseil que je donnerai si jamais vous voulez commander est de passer par Shopify ou Paypal si possible

I really should have googled the store before ordering. I ordered on August 24 and nothing has arrived yet. On September 7, I received an email that my package is supposedly on its way. However, when I click on the tracking link it still says "Your order is confirmed
We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready". I was simply ignored both by customer service and on Instagram.

Update from October 14: I received my order two days ago. However, I had two unpleasant surprises there too. first, 2 of the 6 items were missing. second, I was really very disappointed with the packaging. the products were just packed in small plastic bags. Without any protection. This looks on the one hand simply cheap and leads on the other hand to the fact that a large part of the product has landed smudged in the bag. This is especially a pity because I actually wanted to give it away. But since it unfortunately looks very unaesthetic I will probably rather get another gift.

Total scam in a glittery package. Clearly they send out just enough product to look mildly legit and for you to think maybe you'll be the lucky one. Just don't do it. They take your money and you'll never hear from them again. No email reply, comments removed from insta. Disgusting business really - however all their business info, names and addresses are all over the UK government sites so I'm sure someone will come after them soon enough.

The products are unique which is not generally sold by other brands. The shading is too good.

This company is awesome as their produ8are best in quality.
