Edit* order received finally! Product is lovely, just a shame of the lack of communication, I wouldn’t mind waiting if I was informed there was a delay.

Placed order on the 12th #4044 order was confirmed, I needed this for the 23rd, I emailed asking when I would roughly receive it and was told it would be here well before the 23rd. I've still had no email to advise my order has been shipped! I've emailed them and messaged them on Instagram several times but i am just getting ignored! Ive also commented on post they post daily and it reported and taken down within minutes! im absolutely gutted, life's hard enough with the cost of living so when you can actually treat yourself this happens. So disappointed and i will never order from Instagram again now. This has put me off. Absolute SCAM!!!!

I placed an order at the end of July, order #3706, at the end of September I still didn't receive anything despite an email confirming the shipment. I tried to contact them several times via email and Instagram but never received a response. I don't even know how to get my money back. I spent over £30!!!

I made my order on august 13th. i received an email on august 19th saying it was shipped. it’s september 20th now and i still haven’t received it. i’ve emailed them at least 10 times, contacted them on all social media and ive been with nothing. i’m accepting that ill never get my refund. i am extremely angry and disappointed.

I placed my order on July 30th - it is now Sept 20th - and I have still not received tracking info or my order (Order# 3667).
I have also written to customer service with no answer.
Very disappointed. No customer service, no product. And I was so hopeful, as the products seemed exciting and good.
But to no avail. I would like either a refund or the products but would need customer service to answer, which isn't happening. So very, very disappointed.

I ordered on 10th August my order number was 3755 I had a wedding coming
I received the email that my order is on the way but never got it’s more than a month
I have sent thousands of emails and messages but no response
I don’t know what kind of business they are doing if they have zero customer service
I wish there is option of minus rating so I could select that

Read the reviews (they were bad) but decided to try ordering it anyway. It was a horrible mistake. It has been over a month with no communication (tried a emailing them a few times) and even dmed them on Instagram (they post almost daily). After weeks still had no replies. Decided to leave a comment warning people that their package will not arrive and you will not get a response back and the comment was removed within seconds. They must know what they are doing. I don't have another word but scam.

I purchased some items for a wedding (order # 3782) I was doing. The purchase was as on 8/11/23, I paid for expedited shipping. My order stated fulfilled after 7 days, the express shipping states 5-15 days. Still listed as fulfilled as of 9/16/23. I have emailed 10x, numerous messages on Instagram and nothing. I have left messages on their posts asking for someone to contact me, they have deleted my posts and every time I post Instagram is now saying it’s spam. I have contacted my CC company to dispute the charge, but I want my product. The absolute worst service I have ever encountered. I see they post that they are shipping orders, but mine still hasn’t shipped even though I paid for express shipping. I have posted on social media wherever I can not to purchase from them. I am very disappointed in Pretty Little Cosmetics. I just want my order or my refund. It’s been a week since my post and still nothing from them. I see they are posting on other posts, but nothing on mine. I will continue posting about not purchasing from them, anywhere I can. Absolutely horrific customer service. This makes me not want to ever buy from a small business again.

I ordered 3 months ago and still haven't received anything.

I didn't receive anything and I didn't get any money back. So instead of posting a stupid comment, just help customers the way you should. I have placed an order for 120 euros, then you can expect normal communication from you. So the question again, where is my package? Otherwise I want my money back.

I never write reviews but having reached out to the company many times over the last month and having spent money as a treat for myself I thought I’d try and warn others. I placed an order on 10.08.23 and received an email stating it had been shipped 7 days later as the website suggested - however I am still yet to receive the parcel and no tracking information was provided. I have reached out to the company via their email twice and have reached out on their Instagram platform which they are active on yet still nothing….was very excited to try the products as they’re beautiful but now probably accepting I’m going to have to find a product elsewhere

Edit: seen people saying they used to be called ZS cosmetics but they keep denying it in responses to others reviews - after a quick search on tik tok you can see people who tagged ZS cosmetics and when you click it you’re then directed to The pretty little cosmetics tik tok so go figure…. I will now be contacting my bank

Update for reply below, you quite clearly aren't sending out everyone's orders so yes that classifieds as a scam. 10 August is more than a month ago so I don't see how i "won't have received" anything yet. I also as per my review received a dispatch email from yourself a week after my order, the email says I can track it but there are no details to track it. No point asking for more information when I've already tried to contact you 4 times!

DO NOT ORDER!!! COMPLETE SCAM,!! Put in an order on 10 August, received an email saying products were dispatched and that I could track them, no such tracking could be done, I checked website and email nothing. I then sent an email a week later asking how to track and that I haven't received anything, no reply to my email, I sent messages on Instagram to which there was no reply and I emailed again, saying I was going to need to get a refund from the bank. Again no reply. They can't even reply to comments unless they think their going to get money out of you! I'm now waiting on the form coming from the bank.

You said on the 11th you could see it had already been sent, that you would look into where it went with Royal Mail and resend out another one the next day. It is the 28th today and it was sent 1st class. So it wasn't sent 1st class on the 12th then was it, I waiting a good amount of time for a 1st class delivery to arrive before starting a dispute with my bank. As I have said, the glitter is amazing and I never doubted it would be anything other than that. Customer service is awful, you have no respect for your customers.

Final Update
So funnily, 3 days after I start a dispute with my bank a package from Pretty Little cosmetics arrives.

I have given up and started a dispute with my bank, at this point I don't want glitter from a company that treats its customers like this.

Update 3, still received nothing!! A quick search of companies house shows the same owner and address for ZS cosmetics and pretty little cosmetics, so stop saying people are lying.

Update 2,
So I had an apology email on the 11/9/23 straight after leaving this bad review, saying "I will refund postage (which I received on 15/9/23), and resend your order via tracked service tomorrow. I can see your order was shipped already but should only take 1-3 and will investigate with Royal mail". 17/9/23 I get an email saying order is on it's way, so click the link to track it and it says, we have accepted your order and we are getting it ready come back for an update for your shipping status. So I look forward to giving you a product review, when it turns up. I have no doubt that these glitters are amazing, the customer service is shocking and that alone would make me not use them or recommend them.

Update 1, I don't often give bad reviews and I will happily give an honest review when I receive the goods. I have had an email and hopefully this issue will be resolved and I can come back and update again.

I place an order on Monday 28th Aug and paid £5.99 express delivery as I wanted it for a festival at the weekend. I then understood there was an issues on their insta stories so knew I wouldn't get my express delivery. I though ok these things happen, I have emailed several times for an update and no answer. I have watched more stories of deliveries going out on insta and nothing. No reply to my email and no delivery, I have noticed on the website there is a message saying 7 days dispatch now. Well mine is 11 working days already I am not even counting weekends! What has really got my back up is seeing obvious influencers getting there probably free samples to promote, get their glitter, but us paying customers still waiting. If you are having issues don't offer express delivery as you have made me pay for something you can't deliver. Update your customers, don't leave them with no other option that to leave bad reviews. I would not recommend and would not buy from them again.

Please don’t waste your money trying to order from this company. I placed an order on July 15th and I am writing this review on September 10th. I have not received my products and I don’t think I’m ever going to. Like many other people in these reviews, I received an email stating that my order was shipped on 8/6. I didn’t get a tracking number or an updated order page. It’s been over a month so I can only assume that email was a lie or my order is lost. I’ll never know because this company refuses to answer emails, contact forms, or Instagram DMs. But somehow they have the time to post stories and videos to entice other people to waste their money on imaginary products. I’m using this review as a last resort to make contact since they seem to enjoy leaving nasty responses on here for concerned customers. Luckily my bank has been very helpful and is reviewing this transaction to get me a refund. I will be happy to update this review if I ever receive my products.
