Quick provider response, I appreciated the emails keeping me informed of status and turn around time of prescription and pharmacy shipping

Once it got approved. They processed the medication on Friday and I got it the next day. I am so happy with this service. It was well packaged and everything arrived safely. I am excited to start this new journey. 😍

The whole process went smoothly. I purchased a one month vial and received it within days. There was clear communication throughout. I highly expect the product to be as good as the service!

The label on the address was wrong and thank goodness the UPS driver knocked on three different doors to make sure he got the right place. I'm not sure if you have the incorrect address or if the label was printed and correctly

It was super easy process. It felt a little different to pay before the screening, however I feel that just prevents a ton of unfinished applications.

I received my medication faster than they said I would. 10/10 experience & have already recommended them to others. Hopefully it stays easy going :)

Do not use this service. The medication was shipped after a few days, once I prompted them to do so. Other services I’ve used have shipped same day or next day. Once my order did arrived, it wasn’t even cold.

Everything from start to finish was so easy. 3 days from ordering to receiving my meds. Customer service were so nice and helpful with the few questions I had. Very excited to continue with this company.

What a great experience from ordering to delivery. Fast and friendly service from PrevtiveMD. Also, Empower Pharmacy knows how to ship their product to keep it cool on these very hot & humid days.

The sign up was fairly easy, and the shipping was very fast I'm looking forward to trying for my next round of weight loss.

Changed to Preventive MD because of price. It was easy to set up, get approved, and received my Rx within a few days. Overall, it has been seamless to date and easy to do business with them. Update after a few months.

Wow! PreventativeMD is my hero! I was so happy to stumble across this company in a forum where others were dealing with similar issues with a competitor who is all over IG. Immediately, the communication, portal, medical review, response time, and overall customer service was Excellent! Preventative provides a boutique feeling. My first shipment arrived today (via FedEx overnight) with melting ice packs due to the extreme heat. Thankfully, the package was still cold.

WOW, this was a wonderful experience! From intake to delivery was 4 days. The communication throughout from PreventativeMD was great. I ordered 1 month from Empower and it was delivered a day earlier than the original date. That was a happy surprise. The packaging was outstanding. They sent it in a cooler with 3 ice packs, all still frozen.
I would highly recommend PreventativeMD to anyone!
