Great customer service. Super responsive.

I had to cancel my order after it was already approved due to personal reasons but this team was so accommodating and understanding. I will be coming back though! Everything from beginning to end was simple and fast. Customer service was exceptional!!

This is my first experience with PreventiveMD, as I believe they are somewhat new to the Telehealth space. I've used several other Telehealth services and, while their products have been effective, they have lacked in other areas - communication, billing, shipping, sending incorrect or incomplete order, etc... I placed my order with PreventiveMD on Sunday evening and my meds arrived 5 days later via UPS Overnight shipping. I could not be more satisfied, and will gladly recommend them.

From start of intake to delivery the experience has been professional, expedient and budget friendly. I recommend to anyone. Thank you, not many provide this kind of attention!

Stellar patient education!

Everything about the experience was great--from the ordering process to the very cold tirzepatide arriving at my door all of 4 days later. But I especially want to praise the patient education. I run a patient education department at med center, and health literacy is my expertise. The prescription was the clearest I've gotten--in terms of language and design--from a telehealth GLP-1 company. So HUGE kudos about that. I worry about people understanding how to dose and take these meds, but those who order from PreventiveMD will get the instructions they need. The injection instructions from the pharmacy (Bourdeax in my case) we also very good.

I had a great experience with PreventiveMD. In fact, I really think the U.S. needs to take a closer look at accessible healthcare such as this. The process was seamless aside from the evolving patient portal which I have been assured will be updated for better ease of use. I received swift, affordable healthcare and my medication delivered within 6 business days of intake-cold and in good condition. You can really tell that the team at PreventiveMD cares about the patient experience and that they want to build a brand that people trust. I cannot say the same for many other telehealth providers right now. Thanks for being accessible and helping people get the care they need.

I’ve had an amazing experience thus far! Customer service is extremely responsive and detailed in their responses. I was able to submit my order request as a new customer from a previous Telehealth company efficiently. My request was approved & sent to pharmacy for fulfillment within 2 hours. I was able to go up on dosage that I had requested. Love that prices are locked in & not a promo. I also love that there is a pharmacy choice option for different additives. Pharmacy shipped out order 2 days later. I highly recommend!

Amazing! This telehealth is new but has gone above and beyond! Listens to the patients, and diligently works to follow through on their commitment to excellence. I placed my order, was physician approved within 2 hours, sent to pharmacy and shipped overnight. Looking forward to continuing my monthly/quarterly health journey with them.

I have searched for a company for months and months. I found Reddit and I started reading reviews and that is how I come across preventative MD and I am so glad I did I applied. I was approved and received my package within two days. I am so happy I cannot wait to get started and this company is amazing and I’m so glad I found them and will continue. When I have questions I message them and they reply with in minutes! 

Just recently started using this company however they have been 100% honest and have been great thus far!

I have been medical office visits, wellness centers, other online provides that constantly hit road blocks, pricing issues, lack of communication, and confusion around the whole process. There was none of that with here with Preventative. I asked a question via text AFTER HOURS and received a response and guidance immediately. I didn’t have to submit a request online and wait days. I requested a trusted pharmacy and was provided with that as well. I had my prescription at my door in less than a week, without issue. Very happy with the experience.

The staff is so helpful and polite. They answered any questions that I had. This is a company that I will continue to use for my needs. Thank you
