While an error was made sending the wrong part out initially, it was remedied by Michael and a replacement part despatched. The only annoyance was that I had to pay the postage to return the wrong part. A prepaid return envelope would have provided av5 star experience

Could do better.
Packaging arrived undamaged unlike their last delivery. But they could still protect the items that have been ordered better instead of just stuffing paper over them.
