I was told I was able to get a full refund on my trip to Paris if the flights didn’t work in my schedule. I booked through Wowcher. I then recieved the options of the flights from prime holidays and I couldnt do them. I asked for cancellation and then was told they won’t do that all they can offer is a night in London or to give the holiday to someone else, and that I should take it up with wowcher, who then told me it all should be handled through Prime Holidays. Wowcher said that once I have redeemed the vouchers it is the company (prime holidays) terms and conditions, BUT I’m only subject to those terms and conditions once I have have confirmed flights, hotels etc. I have NOT CONFIRMED flight or hotel and I DO NOT WANT TO CONFIRM. This is because these flights do not work for me and I wasn’t informed of these flight times before paying. As I am not under the T&Cs of PRIME HOLIDAY because there hasn’t been confirmation with them that means I am entitled to a fully refund if I choose to cancel. This deal has been completely misrepresented. I want to cancel and I want a full refund. I have no confirmation of any flights or any hotel and have no information. I worked long and hard for this money to surprise my girlfriend and to propose and you and your scam company have completely ruined it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Shocking customer service & travel company
Booked and paid for a 2 day trip to Rome for my partners surprise 50th in February.
(We haven’t even made it yet) I requested a refund after I was told a few days later that the holiday had increased and we must pay more. They also tried to give flights meaning we had less than a day in the country! (We paid for 2!) (Not stated in any terms) in t&cs it states after a certain periods of time, refunds can’t been given, but I did this within a few days of the booking and after speaking with prime multiple times, the phone was put down on me, and I was told to forget a refund & leave the holiday vouchers I’ve paid for..
The worse customer service, the worse holiday advisors, 0/10 travel company & I will not recommend to anyone.
Reviews will be left over social media & I am taking further action.

Originally booked a 3nt trip to Prague. 3 weeks before departure I received an email saying that the return flight had been cancelled. They only offered me £90 which I refused. Took them to court and won!!!!!!!

I bought a weekend holiday to Rome via…
I bought a weekend holiday to Rome via wowcher at a good price. The allocated flight times were poor and only allowed for one day as would be arriving late friday and leaving first thing Sunday morning. To ammend the flight time, the intial quote was over 55% of the total holiday cost. I had only bought this last night and was told it is non refundable (as I had said I'd just cancel it as I wasn't aware of the extra cost implications). They did get the price down, but had I of been aware of the total cost before hand, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place, so lesson learned.
