Scammers!
We bought 3 wowchers abroad and because they couldn't provide it they tried to convince us to pay more to go somewhere else. So we dont lose the money I suggested they book us a stay within UK. They booked us one night but didnt tell us the price. By talking to reception we found out we still have half the money with Prime Holidays.We asked them to book an extra night but refused. When we asked for the rest of our money back they said we confirmed the 1 night stay. The man on the phone kept putting me on hold and repeating the same thing , like a broken record. There was no agreement made with Prime Holidays that by them booking this stay we will renounce the other half of our money. Complete fraudsters!!! Avoid!!

Absolute rip off bought holiday from Wowcher and redeemed voucher spoke to prime holidays arranged for flights ect to Krakow only for prime to contact me 24 hrs later to say holiday for that price not available but could have it for extra £110 asked for refund but was refused

SCAMMERS!
I think Wowcher and Prime are working together to rip people off when holiday packages are advertised on Wowcher.
You buy a voucher, have it redeemed and then only to be told there are not enough seats and then told to either pay more or be offered a completely different date and holiday than what you initially purchased.
No one responds to emails, not Prime and not Wowcher for requests for refunds. You just get the run around.
I am notifying the police, I highly recommend everyone else do the same. This is the only way to stop it.

Do not buy, it's a scam -the holiday does not exist. Bought a 2night Amsterdam City Break through Wowcher and have been unable to complete the booking as the holiday is no longer available. Tried to get a refund, and am just being passed back and forth with no result. Bloody awful experience, high stress.

Would give 0 starts if I could booked through wowcher for a price but when this shower of a company got in touch price changed asking for another £139 per person no refund option asking to change destination but still wanting more money stay away

I am absolutely impressed by the professionalism and customer care I received from Kanila who booked my holiday from Prime Holiday. She went above and beyond to make sure she found the best possible flights for myself and my mother and this little touch made all the difference to my holiday experience. Kanila also kept her promise to call me at the times I asked her too so I am genuinely thankful for her commitment and recommended her highly.

Absolutely shambles of a company, avoid avoid avoid at all costs!!! They scam you out of more money and don't offer you the holidays advertised at all. Impossible to contact, will never answer phone and repeat themselves when they do, very aggressive on phone. Will never email, only send generic texts or call you once the holiday date has been and gone to tell you the voucher has expired .... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!

The worst travel company. Absolutely useless and no intention of booking anything you have paid for. They have no ATOL PROTECTION

Awful company. Avoid. Sell holidays they have no intention of providing and don’t provide then harass you by repeatedly phoning from a call centre in distant lands to book a lesser holiday and refuse to refund the money.

An absolute awful company. Do not touch these people or go anywhere near them with your hard earned money. My wife booked a German Christmas market break with them and when paid they could not provide the holiday. They tried to send us to Poland but only if we paid more money. These people are dishonest at the least and........just stay clear is my advice

Avantika was pleasant, extremely helpful and dedicated to finding us the best deal for our holiday possible. She has answered all of my questions and concerns and she responded to me promptly.

I am back again today and will be back every day to post about Wowcher and prime scamming holidays!!!

This company deserves -0 Stars. They are a scamming, fraudulent company and I have been dealing with this on going since 09 August all I want is a refund, I want my money back!!! And I won’t stop until I retrieve back every single penny!!!!! I have put everything in writing I have all the call logs, phone call recordings, email and text messages and WhatsApp messages and I have filed a formal complaint… against them!!!!
I will be contacting Ombudsman TODAY!!! I have given this company and WOWCHER chance after chance to make things right!!!!! Which they have failed to do so.
I have explained to prime holidays that this is causing me distress and cause my mental health to decline as I have been going through a lot this past couple of months and I do not need this hassle!!! I told the company prime holidays that I recently lost two family members that are really close to me my grandmother and brother all in a space of 4 weeks did they care ??? NO they still hassling me and harassing me forcing me to book a holiday with them!!!! I mean how inconsiderate of them!!! My mental health is declining and it’s getting to me really bad it’s getting worst and worst by the day it’s causing me anxiety all of this hassle for what exactly just because these theifs don’t want to refund me back £700+ of my own money!!!

STAY CLEAR, this company combine with Wowcher together are a big scam. This company operates dishonestly, leaving customers out of pocket and distressed. I strongly urge anyone considering them to stay away — they cannot be trusted.
Trustpilot is full of genuine reviews, and I want mine to serve as a warning: protect yourself and book with a reputable provider instead.
