Printivity Reviews

I carefully compared to find the best price and Printivity was the winner by a long shot. I was on a tight deadline and had a couple errors on my project (my fault). They worked with me to quickly get the project approved and printed. Our people were very impressed by the booklets we received! They also made it very easy to get our tax exempt applied. Looking forward to our next order!

They did a great job, the emailing with customer service was helpful and polite.
I would order from them as often as I need printing.

The printed pieces look great. However, I had to explain one folded piece something like 7 times to customer service before you got it right.

My experience was A+

My order as processed quick and the customer service was top tier. The books were beautiful and arrived right on time. My overall experience was ideal and I will defiantly be using Printivity again.

Great print quality, fast shipping time, customer service was very helpful with the entire process

The this was very easy to order and was completed very quickly. I will certainly use them again.

Horrible! Disappointed! Would never recommend 👎🏾

Ordered 5 books and received all copies without the book cover (front, back, and spine / nothing)

The manuscript was sent as the actual book!

How in the hell a credible publishing company make such a massive mistake as this??

In order to get a refund, I need to send back their errors! I paid for expedited expenses to receive mess!

Don’t use this company. Save your money and avoid the stress, headache, and disappointment!

Excellent service! I was so very impressed with the turnaround times, clear processes, and effective communication. A couple times I was
unclear on next steps, and I was able to clarify things with a quick phone call to customer service who was always able to help. I’ve been recommending Printivity to others!

Customer service was excellent, and the print quality came out amazing! Very satisfied all around.

I am glad I went with Printivity! Submitted the order and got the proof approved the same day. Production was quick and shipping was right on with the estimated arrival time. The quality is excellent also! I will definitely be ordering here from now on!

Final prints are absolutely beautiful! Arrived on time or early, customer service is super accessible and helpful (they talked me through the proofs and process multiple times). We produced a magazine, and the colors and textures truly popped off the page. Will be using them for all our book/magazine printing needs.

The ease of ordering. Better packaging with the plastic wrap option. Reliable product construction and high quality finishing.

Easy upload of my print and quick proof to review. Great color copies at a fantastic price! Love the communications about job status and tracking info so I know when I'll have my print job

The brochures were delivered fast, and the quality was amazing. The price for printing was affordable.

Better than expected. Great value. I am absolutely blown away with the quality.

My school ordered our Emergency Binders from Printivity and they look fantastic! The delivery was on-time and the quality of the books is really great. We ended up getting the 70lb color matte paper inside with a matte cover and wire-o binding.

On time service and quality printing!!!

The final product came out great, but during the proofing process it did seem like there were some silly errors that made the process frustrating, and delayed the process unnecessarily. For example the first proof simply had two pages in the wrong order. The second proof simply did not include all of the pages submitted. It sometimes felt like my notes describing the errors were not being actual being read. It took three rounds of proofs before the project could proceed to printing, and at no point were there actually changes needed to the files submitted: we simply needed all of the pages submitted to actually be included in the proof in the correct order. Even with the delays that caused, the project was still printed and delivered in a timely manner, and the print quality was high.

We loved the quality of the booklets we ordered, the ease of the proof approval process, and above all the SPEED with which our 30 page document was printed and shipped. We'll definitely be back for other print projects.

Printivity absolutely crushed it.
I had new employee manuals printed by Printivity for seceral different locations across 15 different company names - & they came in right on time and premium quality every time. Five Stars!!
