At first, the experience was not great. I had ordered some demo booklets to check out the quality and when I ordered the remaining ones, the customer service rep was not willing to listen,as she was simply following a script. I asked her to take the issue upward and she refused, said it wasn’t company policy. I then sent an email and got someone who read the message and understood the issue. That is why I’ll be a returning customer. Business isn’t always black and white. There is gray and leaders have to be able to navigate through the gray to provide a customer service that stands above the rest. So, thank you!

The product itself was great and great quality, their quoting system rather not so good.
I place the order with an amount of $250 and them after placing the order they came back with a change of price of $1000, I had to change the size of the product to make it around $500, still a big difference than what was quoted while placing the order. I didn't had time to wait and to go shopping in other printers sites so I went ahead with the order. I have a business as well and when I quote something I know it’s the correct price and I don't come back to my clients and just tell them the invoice doubled. If I made a mistake I just had to eat the difference due to my lack of process to make sure I quoted right from the beginning. They don't have to pay for my own mistakes.
