This was the first time I’ve sold a bicycle so didn’t have any knowledge of the process. I found Cycletrade online and followed the instructions. They offered me a price which I accepted and then arranged for a box to be sent out and for collection by Parcelforce. When they received it and inspected it they paid me by bacs transfer the same day. It was an easy, pain free transaction. Communication was excellent! Would really recommend Cycletrade if your considering selling a bike!

Had been trying to sell my 2016 bike on line. I was not having a lot of joy. One buyer agreed a price and then didn't pay up. I sent pictures of my bike to Cycletrade and had a very quick reply with an offer. Although it was a lot less than I wanted I was happy just to get the bike of my hands. I decided to deliver the bike to their premises in London. I was met by a very enthusiastic, Keval, who was clearly passionate about bikes. The funds were transferred to my account after the bike had been inspected. Of course the bike and parts with it are now on sale for over double what they paid but this is to be expected when you have cover overheads as they do. Overall very pleased with whole process.

This is the first time I've used Cycle Trade and I'm impressed. Being able to get second hand bike kit for very reasonable prices and a money back guarantee, means I can try kit that, I either can't afford or am not willing to spend the money on when brand new. A pair of power meter pedals in this case - which came boxed and with the original 'get started' leaflet.
My only niggle, and a very minor one, is the 6 days it took for my purchase to arrive. We're all too used to next day delivery now!
I thoroughly recommend Cycle Trade.

Had a high end used bike to sell after upgrading. Google search found me Cycletrade. Made contact with theam and had a quick responce. We agreed on a price for which i was happy to sell them my bike. With them being based in Glasgow, i was able to deliver bike to them. From first contact to dropping bike off and the agreed sales funds being transferred into my bank, it was all easy, quick and straightforward. No hesitation in recommending Cycleterade. Failure to send ordered component. No notification of delay. In the event of the product ever arriving I hope the returns process is more straightforward.

Good communication-confirmation of order (Shimano C6500 cassette), notification of despatch and expected delivery date. A pleasant buying experience. Would certainly use company again.
