Fantastic bike business. I found the part I had been looking for after a Google search took me to their superb website. The website is so easy to use and the photos and descriptions are perfect, making it easy to decide. The prices are very reasonable and well researched as they were better than I had found elsewhere. The part I ordered arrived quickly and was spotless and exactly as described and a free delivery offer as well. What a brilliant business model, upcycling cycling! I will definitely be using these guys again.

I had almost all of the parts to sell to sell for a full bike. The guys were responsive throughout.
Helpful will asking for pictures, working out how to post and confirming receipt. Transfer was prompt. I'd happily use them again

I've asked for help with my recent order and nothing yet. Just one email saying they would help and that was a week ago. Still waiting on my order

Sent email with pictures of frames then heard nothing. Then sent again and got a reply of the frames where a bit rough so the answer would be no.

Yet both frames are mint.

So the only thing that can be right is they sell low standard stuff as mine are high class and top makes. So basically they want stuff for nothing paying peanuts. Whereas mine would cost plenty. i.e One frame i have is worth or valued at £700.

Good value, slow delivery! Item took 6 days to arrive and that was on express delivery! How long would it take on standard delivery?

Great to find a bike company supporting the circular economy. I bought a Fizik Arione Classic saddle and am very happy with its condition and price. It was made in 2016 and seems to have the nameplate (the bit under the saddle that may also be the place where the ICS light or saddle pack fits) missing but the saddle seems to have hardly been used. A lot less than half RRP so a bargain in my eyes, and a smaller carbon footprint than a new one.

I ordered these listed as Grade A, I expected maybe they would be close to new, but they were brand new with all the accessories that come from new! I couldn’t be happier and I’ll definitely be ordering more stuff!

wheels were delivered real quickly, however rear wheel was so untrue. Would be reluctant to use again.

Very good prices and accurate descriptions of products (some of which are used). Prompt delivery. Cons: these are used or NOS products and so the range is limited. Postage costs are not always adjusted for multiple items, but when free postage is on offer this is not a problem!
