Excellent ... when you get through
Jacque was an excellent support and resolved the server update issue I needed very quickly. Took a long time to get through (almost 25 mins, hence I have knocked off a star) but service when I was through was very efficient. Thanks!
EV Charger installation and set up
I have a EV charger installed and there were a couple of problems getting the App set up correctly.
When I was put in touch with Uways he was able to guide me through the final steps to get things sorted out. All now up and running.

We couldn't get the EV app to work for us. Jacque worked with us very patiently and got our Iphone and Android connected properly with the charger. Jacque said he had only started a few weeks but knew exactly what the procedure should be and referred to a senior when one element wasn't working. He was sooo patient, polite and helpful. Thank you Jacque .

We've just moved into a new house and…
We've just moved into a new house and it came with a project ev charger installed.wed never had a electric car before and we were having problems setting it up.
We called project ev customer services and spoke too a brilliant tech support guy called Jacque Kahn...he was a lifesaver,he managed too sort out the connection issues we had and remotely connected too our charger and was very patient with us.
The charger is now working and my wife's very happy 😊

Forget the warranty
Well, had the EV replaced by them as the last one packed in.
Took the £200 offer with 5 year warranty. Several issues with the poor app and not charging after midnight, but got sorted.
Two days ago the charger packed in. Contacted them as no power.
The switch had not been tripped so clearly an issue with the Apex EV.
Told it was down to me to get an electrician out, before they would attend. Persisted in this even though I said they had installed it. Stated it could be the power , but I said the power in my house is fine Eventually agreed to send a engineer out, but if it was the electrics ( that they fitted) I would be charged £150 plus vat. As I need my car to transport my disabled family I have agreed. Asked for a manger to call me back , but no one has. Clearly they don’t understand there 5 year warranty and guarantee. Less than a year old and faulty again. It’s always the sign of a poor company that acts in this way when something goes wrong .

I'm 65 and I've never used or tried to set up a charging timer before in my life. Jacque was kind, very patient, and very knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He helped me through, what was for me, a very stressful and complicated proceedure.
He is a credit to Project EV, and I wish him the very best.
