EV project Charger
I rang EV Project and spoke Paul Kolawole as my charger had stopped working.
He talked me through what I needed to do to resolve the problem. Paul was very helpful and both understanding and informative. He resolved the problem 1st time and very efficiently.

My charger was not working
My charger was not working due to changes in set up details so called support line and spoke to Paul who was so patient in talking me through what was required, which took a while due to many changes. Got it all sorted out and now up and running. So good to speak to a really helpful support person. Thank you Paul for helping out a very non techy person.
Issue with Car charger
Had issues with my charger as new to getting an electric car. When I phoned I spoke to Jack who had a calming voice, he was patient with me. It turned out I was not linked properly to my WIFI. I have yet to give it ago to charge at midnight which was always the issue but I know that if someone like Jack is on the other end of the line I know they would try there best to support me. As I had experienced an issue with the plug and charge function of my EVA-07 home charger, I contacted Project EV to speak to the support team. I spoke to Sam, who was very helpful, tracking down and identifying my charger, subsequently implementing an update to resolve my issue. Would definitely recommend speaking to Sam as he was very efficient and knew what to do straight away

Contacted project EV with an issue I was having with my charger. They responded the same day with a solution. The first solution didn't work but the second one did thanks to jaida-leigh who was brilliant in resolving the issue.

I had problems connecting the charger to the app after the RFID card stopped working. Paul and his colleagues were very helpful in resolving the problem replying promptly and with patience as I am not particularly savvy with this sort of thing. The charger is now connected and I can operate it through the app so that it does what I need.

Reconnection after Network changes support
After changing my home network, I couldn't get the device to reconnect, no matter what I tried... I used the chat service to connect with Jacque, and after around 30 mins, she was able to get my device back online, so I was happy with the support provided.

It took a while to sort things but Sam was extremely patient and managed to solve all problems to initialise the system .
