The brains! These people know their stuff.
The team are absolutely fantastic. I place my order and I get it in time for production next day.
The tools are of excellent quality and reasonably priced, to top it off the expertise is second to none. I had a parting issue that Iscar and Tungalloy couldn't resolve - Protool did! John you're the best, always helpful.
The rest of the team are also fantastic. You have a new customer who will always consider you first for my tooling needs.

I placed an order on May 7th
I placed an order on May 7th, emphasizing that it was an important order for us, with a promise of delivery by May 12th. We waited the entire day, but the tool was not delivered, nor did we receive any updates from Protool. After reaching out to them, we were informed that the delivery would not happen on the promised date. Instead, they stated it would arrive on May 14th, "all being well."
This delay not only damaged our reputation with the customer but also led to a fine due to our contractual obligations. The only response we received from Protool was, "We are sorry." Therefore, if you are considering placing an important order with them, make sure to get everything in writing!

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. While we always aim to meet expected delivery dates, occasionally delays can happen due to factors outside our control for example when items are currently not in stock at time of order and we are relying on suppliers, but having said that I believe these were delivered on the morning of the 14th May. We understand how frustrating this must have been and are reviewing the situation internally to help avoid similar issues in future. Thank you again for your feedback.
