Proximity Coach Travel Reviews

The whole experience was very enjoyable. It was for a university rugby and netball team and everyone who went said they had a great time. The planning process was well communicated with the company who helped us with times and prices which aided the day to run smoothly. The driver of the coach was excellent and really enhanced our experience. We would definitely use this company again.

We had a fantastic experience travelling to Newcastle for the Burnley FC game. Excellent communication prior to the day with confirmation of timings and meeting points. Fantastic facilities , true VIP travel experience but more importantly Matt was caring, friendly and constantly checking in on us making sure we were looked after and having a great day .
Will definitely book again. Great value too!

Well organised, good communication regarding itinerary for the day. Comfy, luxurious, spotless coach and fabulous host who kept us all very well looked-after. Will be first choice for future coach travel

Absolutely superb from start to finish! Matt was an incredible host on our away to trip to Newcastle and also prior to booking a liasing with Proximity Coach Travel.
The coaches facilities were amazing and I really cannot fault anything about our trip minus the scoreline!
We normally drive to away games, however after experiencing this journey we'd love to travel in this VIP style to each away game!
Highly recommended - Thank you Matt and Proximity Coach Travel!

Would highly recommend this company. Took our choir to Nec Birmingham. Everything was so easy to organise and the office staff are lovely. Communication was great and our driver Bash was so lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Writing the review as a supplier to Proximity Coach Travel, Q & S Coaches LTD, Walsall, we have carried out numerous bookings for Proximity and the professionalism and organisation, we have adapted and reflected into our own business structure also, full details are received and everything is catered for, from the passenger numbers, addresses, timings and all other information if any, I would definitely book through proximity for any travel requirements, one of the best agencys out there

Brilliant service all round. Easy to organise with and very good price. Highly recommend for social sports teams!

After scouring the internet for several Coach Companies, and making several calls and i really mean several calls and checks, we sucessfully came across Proximity Coach Travel, and after doing searches on this Company was almost satisfied. It was finally after speaking with Kath and Matthew that we became more reasured. And finally we can not forget Astrid and Jackie who handled the Booking in a very Professional and pleasant manner. Although we did not personally travel in the Coach from London to Birmingham, and back from Birmingham to London, the passengers were happy especially with the quick return back to London. We would use Proximity Coach Travel again and highly recommend to anyone, so on behalf of myself Mr Nel, and Mary we thank you and look forward to using your service again.

The service was first class from ordering to drop off
Would highly recommend this company very responsive and deliver on all aspects

While in the end I was unable to use their services (our trip was cancelled), it was great working with Proximity every step of the way. From quickly sending over an original quote to initiating a planning phone call to confirm all trip details, Proximity's staff was attentive and clear in communication. I would definitely work with them again!

I’d give it a 10 rated if I could. Steve the driver was an absolute legend getting us to a football match and back, such a sound bloke. Booking the trip was dead easy and efficient will definitely be using in the future!

I wanted to extend my deepest thanks for the outstanding support you provided during our unexpected travel disruption due to poor weather in Iceland. When our flight was cancelled and we were rerouted to Edinburgh instead of London, your team—especially Matt—stepped in with calm, kindness, and professionalism.
Matt was incredibly reassuring and went above and beyond to help us create a new travel plan, secure the best possible deal, and ensure the safe return of all the children to Reading. His dedication and care made a stressful situation manageable, and we are truly grateful.
Thank you again for your exceptional service and support.

High quality coach with all the mod cons!
Fantastic service and timing. Really impressed and will defiantly be using again.

Travelled as a family with Proximity Coach Travel from Rawtenstall to Wolverhampton for the football.
Brilliant experience, comfortable, safe & excellent service from Matt the host.
Will definitely use this company again. Thank you!

We travelled as a family to Wolverhampton and from the moment we got on the coach to the moment we got off we all felt like VIP’s. Truly exceptional service and facilities on board. Matt is just a brilliant man, genuinely conscious of our experience and to be fair he made the whole experience that level above anything we have ever experienced. Can’t wait to travel with Proximity again very soon. Top top class.

Wolverhampton away Fantastic experience with an amazing host would 1000% travel to every away game with Matt and proximity.

The driver was an absolute pleasure as well fully professional and polite.

Fantastic day out. Rawtenstall to Wolverhampton for
BFC away . Travelled with two teenagers. Spacious. Friendly, toilet on board. Very much recommend . Will 100 % use again! Safe driver . On time. Brilliant

I needed a bus for 17 people for my son's wedding. I had spent some time online looking at reviews and emailing a few companies and asked if they could email me back as I couldn't answer my phone in work. Proximity responded quite promptly and had the best quote. I felt my request was a little awkward as it wasn't as straightforward as picking us up, dropping us off and picking us up later as there were 2 venues involved but both Lisa and Astrid were very professional and sympathetic dealing with my all my questions. Adam, our driver was absolutely great. Very punctual and very professional and accommodating. The weather got a bit bad whilst transporting us from the church to the reception and took twice as long as usual due to bad traffic but Adam took it all in his stride and got us all there safely. I would highly recommend Proximity and they will be the first ones I go to if I ever need a bus or coach in the future. Thank you so much guys, you really helped make the day run smoothly.

Amazing service from Matthew who organised a coach very last minute for us. Would highly recommend, very efficient.
Gaz (coach driver) had great feed back from the staff who attended the trip and said they would definitely like to have him again.

Proximity Coach Travel were great to deal with from the outset. Good communication with Astrid who was super helpful, even with our changing itinerary, and estimates etc were quickly received. The driver was always on time and flexible with routes and timings which made the tour run smoothly. Altogether a good experience! Thanks team!
