Proximity Coach Travel Reviews

The service was exceptionally well-organised and proactive. We truly appreciated the thoughtful stop at the service station, especially considering the older people such attention to detail made a real difference. Communication throughout the event was smooth and convenient. A heartfelt thank you to Matthew for being there for us every step of the way

We booked a coach very last minute on a Friday afternoon for the Monday! Even though we gave the company short notice, the whole team worked together to find something for us. Communication was excellent and our coach driver was brilliant too. Thank you!

We are a day care centre for the over 50's with varying needs. We recently used Proximity coach travel for a trip to the Isle of Wight. The Proximity team went above and beyond with wonderful customer service, back of house and on the day with incredibly helpful and efficient drivers, who were very professional and understanding of our members needs. We will use Proximity Travel again in the future.

We were part of large group who used Proximity Coach Travel to get to and from a cricket game. The coach was air conditioned, clean and comfortable - arriving on time, exactly where we arranged. The driver was really friendly too. Such a great service - would definitely recommend and use again.

We had a fantastic experience with Proximity Coach Travel for our recent Scotland trip. As a travel agency (TripFi), smooth logistics are very important to us, and a special thanks goes to Matt for helping us book and plan everything so well. His proper planning and smooth handling made the whole process very easy.
The driver and staff were always available, patient, and supportive throughout the journey. The coaches were excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the long travel enjoyable for our group.
Overall, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. We at TripFi highly recommend Proximity Coach Travel for reliable and stress-free travel, and we look forward to working with them again on many more trips in the future.

Thank you very much for providing the coach service for our groups this summer. The guests truly enjoyed their ride, and we greatly appreciate your support. The coach was always on time and all the drivers were polite and professional. We look forward to collaborating with you again in the future!

Matt and Astrid made our stag do trip to Bristol extremely easy. From the initial booking and conversations about the trip, to the availability and service during the trip, they were amazing and I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for being so accomodating and helping us achieve the perfect stag do!

I recently traveled with Proximity Coach Travel and had an exceptional experience. The driver was not only incredibly polite and professional but also ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all passengers. Punctuality was impressive, with the coach departing and arriving right on time, which made my planning much easier. The driver’s accommodating nature, from helping with luggage to making necessary stops, truly enhanced the journey. Overall, Proximity Coach Travel stands out for their excellent service, and I look forward to my next trip with them!

We booked a 53 seater coach for an association road trip in June. The booking process was fantastic with great communication from the team at Proximity. The driver on the day was accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Matt regularly checked in with us to ensure everything was ok. Great service.

We used Proximity Travel to help us to find transport to take some of our nursery children from one setting to another. The drivers were always on time and pleasant during the journey.
The booking was very easy and they organised everything for us. We would definitely use this company again.

Coaches arrived promptly and drivers were very friendly and helpful. Astrid answered all queries promptly and was amazing. We will be using Proximity for any further trips and happy to pass on details to friends and family.
Very happy with their service.

Booked two large coaches for 27 people, all went super smoothly. Our driver Daniel was very cautious, helpful and friendly. One of our team left a mobile on the coach and Daniel kindly brought it back to us on the return trip charged. Thanks so much!

Booked the 53 seater executive coach for our large group of families for a day out to Barry Island in Wales. The communication before the booking was professional and very helpful. Coach came on time, Alex our driver drove safely and was very cordial and professional. The on board toilet was very handy and clean. The seats were very comfortable and the AC kept us cool on a hot day! The charging slots on each seat made sure we never ran out of power! All in all an excellent day out - thanks to you! 😊

Proximity Travel reassure you. They are great communicators and organisers. I recently contracted them for a 13 day tour with 28 Americans from Edinburgh to London. Everything went to plan but, more importantly, the drivers were good and I felt that I was looked after throughout the period. As a guide I’ve dealt with coach companies for over 30 years and have often felt nervous post booking. Not with these guys.

We worked with Proximity Coach Travel for a bespoke event in Ditcheat. The team were super helpful as usual, shout out to Astrid & Matt!

The coach drivers arrived on time and helped the event run so smoothly.

Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with this coach company! Matt came down to our school beforehand to meet us and hear our needs. The communication was excellent, the coach was clean and comfortable, and everything ran smoothly on the day. Highly recommended!

Matt dealt with my booking brilliantly, there was a slight issue with the booking numbers, which may have been my fault

However, it was all sorted with a bigger coach and no extra charge, Matt couldn't do enough and the day went smoothly with no problems

The company was easy to deal with and reliable. The coach arrived on time. It was clean and comfortable. The driver took us safely into London and back. The journey was well-prepared, with an optimal drop-off point sought out ahead of time.

We used Proximity to take a group of bankers and legal professionals to Royal Ascot in June.

The booking process was very smooth and communication clear throughout. The whole experience was stress free and resulted in a fantastic day out!

We will definitely be using again!

With 4hrs to go, I was asked to book at 25+ seater coach. I contact Proximity Coach, as well as a few others. But Proximity were the first to call me back for more details . He asked if I could give him 15/20mins to sort, which i was happy to. 10mins later he had sorted it all. quick fast professional. Thank you soooo much.
