With 4hrs to go, I was asked to book at 25+ seater coach. I contact Proximity Coach, as well as a few others. But Proximity were the first to call me back for more details . He asked if I could give him 15/20mins to sort, which i was happy to. 10mins later he had sorted it all. quick fast professional. Thank you soooo much.

Coach was 45 minutes late for pick up.
Coach driver was both rude and mentally unstable.
Would not recommend

We recently booked a trip with Proximity Coach Travel and would highly recommend. Ashley collected a group of us, the sprinter was spotless, and Ashley was fantastic.

We recently booked a coach trip to the races using Proximity and S-Line Coaches to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organised and stress-free.

The communication before the trip was clear and timely, keeping us well informed about pick-up times and locations. The staff were friendly, approachable, and made everyone feel welcome on board.

Special mention goes to the driver Faruk – safe, professional, and punctual, which helped us relax and enjoy the day from the moment we set off. The whole trip ran like clockwork, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into planning it.

A big thank you to both Proximity and S-Line Coaches for making the day run so smoothly. We’ll definitely be booking again for future events

Matt at Proximity organised coaches for 2 events i organised this summer - one a large festival in which we needed to ferry people to neighbouring villages and get them home safely. All worked perfectly and Matt communicated brilliantly on it all. Thank you, would highly recommend using these guys.

We booked two trips with this bus company for our rugby tour to London, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the start, we were warmly welcomed, and the service was professional and well organized. Both journeys ran smoothly, and we made it to all our destinations right on time. The drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely book with them again for our next trip!

We contacted Proximity very last minute when our coach cancelled within 24hrs of our booking for a charity walk doing Yorkshire 3 peaks. Proximity went above and beyond to source a coach suitable for us very quickly.

We recently used Proximity Coach Travel for a group airport transfer, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We were a group of 20 people heading to the airport for an early morning flight, and everything ran smoothly.

The coach arrived on time and had plenty of space for both passengers and luggage.

Booking was straightforward, and the customer service team was responsive and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommended for any group travel needs!

We’ve been travelling from England to Italy with young children . Journey took 42 hours . From the beginning we had a problem with broken air conditioning, which was extremely uncomfortable .
Children were vomiting due to the heat. Our requests not been taken seriously. We felt extremely vulnerable and we’ve not been listen and children’s needs been neglected .Coach drivers have a legal responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of their passengers. This includes a duty of care. This company is not following the law .
We are currently on our way back home and we are experiencing even worst issue . Temperature outside are reaching 30 degrees and we have no air conditioning on board , we have to take more breaks which will make our journey delayed. Children should be back at school on Monday but this company is not taking into consideration that extreme heat is making children unwell .
Coach is old , toilets aren’t working ! It’s disgusting.

We were a group of 78 people traveling from England to Italy, and the problems started right away: broken air conditioning, terrible planning, and unexpected delays. The journey took 42 hours instead of 27! The company only responded when we threatened to leave a bad review.

Broken seats, dirty interiors, a cracked windshield, and faulty outlets were the least of our concerns. I’m still in the coach and I’m concerned about kids and adults health!! It’s so hot !! Not air to breathe!!! Toilet not working and stinks very badly!!!Never ever again with this company!!! Terrible service!!!!

We stayed in Italy for 5 days more than enough time to fix the coach but nothing was done. On the way back, we had to stop again because of the heat. The air conditioning still didn’t work, and one boy nearly fainted. It was extremely unsafe, especially with children on board.

The company claimed, from afar, that the coach was fine without checking it in person. Completely irresponsible.

Never again! Think twice before choosing this company. Your safety should always come first.

We are a group of 78 people traveling from England to Italy. The problems started right from the beginning broken air conditioning, poorly planned travel logistics, and the drivers were forced to take an unscheduled break. Instead of 27 hours, our journey took 42 hours! At first, there was no help at all. The company only responded when they realized we might leave negative reviews.

To be honest, issues like a cracked windshield, dirty interiors, broken power outlets, or faulty seats all of which we experienced at the start of the trip were the least of our concerns.

We stayed in Italy for 5 days plenty of time for the company and the trip organizer to fix the coach. They did absolutely nothing! Literally nothing!

We boarded the bus again, and after just 2 hours, we had to stop due to extreme heat. We were assured the air conditioning was working and it was safe to continue. Less than an hour later, even the drivers were concerned about the temperature inside the coach! We had to pull over again, and while sitting on the pavement, one of the boys nearly lost consciousness! Are you out of your minds? Does your company even realize that it is endangering the lives of 78 people? There are children on this trip!

The transport company claimed the coach was safe from England, without even checking it in person! No one came to inspect it. They simply said, from a distance, that the bus in Italy was safe.

You are the worst company we have ever dealt with!

I strongly urge everyone to be extremely cautious when considering working with this company. Always remember your safety comes first.

Contacted Matthew as we had an emergency. Taking 20 clients to Silverstone, and our original booking with another company didn't turn up. Matt sorted everything out for us. Very professional and helpful. Will definitely use them again
