We booked a 52 seater coach for a competition down in Cardiff (from Coventry). The coach arrived in plenty of time prior to departure and the Driver took control of the whole trip, making announcements on the way. On the way back the driver gave time shout outs for how long left which were helpful to get messages to parents for pick up. We will use again for our next away meet.

Very professional company. Very honest. Has good ethical approach to running a business. I had a very good experience. They know everything about good customer service. The customer service is amazing. And the coach they provided and the excellent service they provided ticked all the boxes. Not a single mistake was made. They provided exactly what was promised. Great experience.
We used Proximity Coach Travel for a business trip (minibus service) and were very pleased with our experience. Quick service, patience and good communication in the booking phase. The travel itself went very smoothly with a friendly and flexible driver who got us to our destination both safe and on time. The Mercedes minibus provided was very comfortable.
Would highly recommend other companies to make use of Proximity for their travel needs in Scotland.
Anders, Innovation Norway.
