I had an issue with redeeming a link that I won through O2. I emailed customer service and Dan got back to me within a few minutes to help me sort it out. He also followed through with another email a few days later to check whether my issue has been sorted out. Dan has been amazing, providing exceptional customer service in turn making me feel positive about using prsnt. Thank you Dan!!

Good customer service, but awful way of claiming gift cards.
I do not want to use Google Chrome, nor disable all tracking tools from my laptop/phone, but it seems to be the only way to be able to claim gift cards. Surely they can email you a QR code directly instead of that messy process.
However, the customer service is really helpful and nice.
But one of my gift cards expired because of this, and I will not use my second gift card either...

Like many others I also had a great experience Dan who helped me redeem a gift when the link wasn't working - I ended up using Google Chrome instead of my usual browser. He even followed up to make sure it was resolved afterwards which was a nice touch that I've not seen before. However like many others I had issues with the link not working the first time so maybe that's something to be worked on.

I won a prize on O2 Priority but initially the emailed link wouldn’t work (2nd time this has happened, so quite frustrating).

I contacted Prsnt and with a few hours I got an email back from Dan who gave me instructions on how to do it through Google Chrome. Worked fine then.

Like others, had an issue with an O2 priority code. Contacted the the support email expecting to wait a couple of days but Dan got back to me super quickly (< 1 hour) to identify the issue and resolve it. Excellent.

Won an 02 prize and it wasn't working. A few messages.trying things with Dan, and he got it sorted. Less then 6 hours total!

Great customer service issue was resolved in downloading the voucher in about 20 mins from enquiry
