Puffco has horrible warranty.

The heating chambers, which are the parts that according to others break regularily are NOT covered by the warranty. Mine broke after about 3 months of regular use.

So you pay 160+€ for a product that will essentially only function for a few months before you need to buy replacement parts.

I’ve been a puffco customer for years and they’ve always honored replacing devices that are within warranty, out of the 15+ orders I’ve gotten over the years I’ve never had a problem. Then I ordered a 3DXL and peak 3D chamber and when I received it (was off work so went out and got it right away) i noticed it was partially cut longways but didn’t seem big enough to get anything out of it so I just opened it and the bigger 3DXL was missing but was on the invoice. Reached out to puffco right away because they always help solve problems in an easy fashion, and they had another 3DXL on its way within the same week (happened Monday, label created on Friday)

Hello, I was helped by Cass and she replied to emails quicker than anyone I have spoken to at Puffco. She also assisted me with every single issue I had and made every step very simple for me. Thanks again Cass for all your help.

I’ve had a great experience with Puffco’s customer service. After using my device for quite a while, the silicone cap on my chamber eventually broke. While it wasn’t necessarily covered, I reached out to support to see what my options were.

They responded quickly, were easy to work with, and ended up sending me a replacement chamber and cap. The entire process was straightforward and hassle-free.

It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind its products and take care of its customers, even when they don’t necessarily have to. Excellent support like this is one of the reasons I’ll continue buying Puffco products.

Got my puffco on November last year worked good until it didn’t got help with getting a new puffco received it on may right away didn’t work would work for some dab hits and others it didn’t. Then it complete stops working. I try making a request to get a new one and they are telling me I need to buy a new chamber. Ive had enough and will be switching to focus V.

They take the time to listen to their customers, and not just give a blanketed answer

My pivot stopped working and was advised to try 2 different things. After that was unsuccessful I shipped it back with Dewy’s help and he saw to it that it was replaced.
