I'm updating my review to 4 stars after some initial problems with a bad chamber puffco sent me new one after several emails. It's been a few weeks and works great and no issues so far. Coming from the regular peak this is a much better product. The feel in the hand is more premium and you don't have to bend your head down to take a hit which is a plus. The app is user friendly and I never thought I'd enjoy trying different settings so much. I ordered a small glass water bong and a new cap along with a 3mm terp pearl. The customization options are endless. For me this is the best product from puffco by far. My only gripe is customer service could be quicker to respond but overall awesome product.

Thank you Ron for your superior customer service. Since purchasing the Peak Pro, this has become my main source for consumption. I’m addicted, so when the Peak Pro battery died, I ran up the street to a smoke shop and purchased a Peak. Go figure…I live in Kansas. The guy at the smokeshop said I should contact Puffco even thought my peak was out of warranty. And Ron replaced it with no questions asked. Amazing customer survice! While the Peak is exceptional, I do think I prefer the Peak Pro. Now I have the best of both worlds. Thank you Ron so much again.

Juan is simply the greatest customer support employee I have communicated with. Great guy and very kind / helpful. The company / shipping service is brutal with timing, but Juan is great. But seriously, Juan is a great guy and he should be given as much credit as possible.

Bought a puffco peak against the negative reviews and should have just listened. Within 1 month of buying the peak I was having non stop connectivity issues with the chamber and base. After cleaning, resetting it will work by chance not by procedure. Go to reddit and you'll see this isn't uncommon. Waste of money.

I recently utilized my warranty to have my device inspected. Although the issue was initially categorized as cosmetic damage, which is typically not covered, the support team provided a shipping label to evaluate it further. 

While it took a week to receive the label and another week for USPS to deliver the device, I was pleased to learn that a replacement would be issued. However, communication throughout the process was challenging. I attempted to update my shipping address and inquire about expedited shipping due to upcoming travel, but did not receive a response via email after several business days. 

Ultimately, I reached out via Instagram, where the social media team was very helpful and successfully escalated my ticket. My replacement was eventually shipped with expedited delivery, and I am grateful it arrived in time. 

Overall, while I appreciate the positive resolution, the email response times were longer than expected. The current ticketing system, which seems to reset the wait time when a new email is sent, can make it difficult to get timely updates. Improving this workflow would greatly enhance the customer experience.

I purchased a Puffco Proxy the newer one with a Puffco table bubbler attachment about 4 months ago. First off the upgraded bubblers base is way too thin and the pipe constantly tips over. It hits great, very smooth but they need to widen the base of that specific pipe. Also my chamber stopped working after less than 250 dabs. Customer service is great for getting it replaced but will they replace it free when it happens again? Why is it happening to so many customers? Seems like a re-design and recall is needed. $50 Chambers otherwise every couple months is lame. Pipe works great at multiple temperatures and the changing light band is very attractive. Also love the modular design as I can change the base to something I like better or for specific circumstances. If they can fix the reliability of the proxy chamber I’d give it 5 stars.
