I was actually really unhappy at first. I felt like I was getting the run around at first. However, after making my feelings clear, and further explaining my situation, I was met with understanding and empathy. I hope this gets back to Juan that I very much appreciate him making me feel heard and helping me out. I can’t wait to get my Peak Pro Plasma back up and running. Thank you guys!

I have been purchasing Puffco devices and accessories for the last 4 or so years. I recently purchased an accessory with a slight blemish, but it was still fully functional. Within a few days, the support team reached out a few times to confirm the issue and quickly resolved it with a replacement.

Dewie was absolutely amazing during the whole process as someone who uses the device on the daily it was very stressful and Dewie was extremely helpful the entire way through and helping me get a replacement. SHOUT OUT DEWIE

My product is the puffco pilot and it’s garbage

Cold temps make the battery die
Hot temps make it over heat
The battery will only last for 2/3 uses

If you try to use the one more than once in a row it will over heat

The tips are silicone and after heating up several times (less than 10), they come loose and leak between the bat and the tip causing it to malfunction and the loss of your product

Overall I am super disappointed in this product and the lack of ways to even contact anyone for some advice or a better product

Juan with customer support was amazing and easy to deal with from start to finish.

Laughable, spent $450 on a 3dXL peak pro, didn’t even work out the box. Seems like this happens a lot with how they reply. Not sure how they are still allowed to sell products. All responses from them sound fake and automated. No matter how persistent you are with the issue, expect warranty to take over a month. They lie about the time frames it takes them. Overall regret buying, should have purchased a different brand. Hope to get reimbursed maybe a hot knife or something. STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND!!!

I had an issue with my puffco peak pro as soon as it arrived. I contacted customer support right away and explained my issue. They responded promptly, they made the whole experience pleasant, quick, and efficient. We resolved my issue right away withing a few days after covering details of product and warranty. I was truly amazed with how attentive and quick they were. They made a customer for life out of me. One of the best customer service I have every experienced!

I had an issue with my 3DXL chamber not working and contacted support. They shipped me out a new replacement chamber in a short amount of time for free. I was disappointed the original chamber stopped working but was glad to have a replacement sent for free.

I’ve had my mr co for about 3 months now and it’s my best purchase ever!! The support team is also very resourceful if you ever run into issues. I had a small issue with the chamber because I use the device so much and it was past the warranty but the customer service still gave me a free chamber!! I didn’t even buy the puffco from their website either. I got it at my local dispensary and they still honor the warranty!

They stole my money and refuse to offer a refund.

I wanted to drop a review from a very positive experience I just had. I ordered and received a new PEAK. I tore a tiny obscure part through my own mistake that did not REALLY affect use, but I reached out to PUFFCO anyway. The part was not covered under warranty, but because it was so new they made an exception and shipped me a new part anyway.
NOBODY DOES THAT LEVEL OF SERVICE ANYMORE!!! It WASN'T covered, I had seen the warranty before I reached out, 'nuff said. They could have just SOLD me the part.

I had an issue with the glass top on my Peak Pro breaking, and even though it isn't typically covered by warranty, the support team went above and beyond. Caity made the whole process quick, easy, and stress free by helping me get a replacement right away. Their outstanding customer service really shows they stand behind their products, earning them a well deserved five stars.
