Incredible customer service! I had a rubber piece break off of the joystick cap to my Peak when deep cleaning, and was swiftly sent a replacement for free! I even searched for and asked about buying the replacement part or sending in my broken one as proof, but none of that was necessary. The quality of my Peak is PEAK too lol. Never fails me, thanks y'all ✌️

Purchased a Puffco Pivot and Hot Knife V2. The Hot Knife V2 was defective, wasn't getting hot enough. Emailed about warranty and IMO Puffco has one of best warranty's out there. Super quick and easy resolution, replacement is on its way. Customer service was excellent. BTW Pivot is awesome, love it. Can't wait to buy the new Proxy as well. Thank you Puffco, for making warranty so easy to deal with!

The device is ok… except for the fact that a $50 part (the 3D chamber) must be replaced every 1-3 months! That, & their “support” is awful. It is very difficult to reach them or to get a response from them. Every “reply” takes 2 to 3 business days for them to respond. My device stopped working and it took 2 weeks to get the help I needed.
