My puffco is everything to me and it unfortunately ripped from the little crevices that holds it to close and open I’ve been going crazy trying to purchase one so I decided to reach out I knew this item wasn’t covered under warranty but I contacted them
And my new replacement part is on the way! Thank you PUFFCO 🩷

Jordan Pope was very responsive and supportive. I was able to resolve my issue within minutes.

The atomizer they sent me with the device connected only 50% of the time, then broke after a week of use. I bought a 2nd atomizer from a local store (only one in stock, and the only store in the city selling the atomizer model. After another week of use the 2nd atomizer also quit working. I now have a replacement atomizer from puffco and there are no connection issues like the fist one but regardless after $660 CAD and working with my 3rd Atomizer on week 3 when the atomizers are priced at $150 CAD each. This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I expect big things from Puffco and got absolute garbage. No option for Refund and Resale value is maximum $400. 1/5 stars.

Customer service seems to be non existent. Opened a ticket four days ago and heard nothing, not even acknowledgment that the ticket is active. No response to email, no response on Reddit. Have your 1 star.

Support was a pleasant experience from the start. I was assured that I would be assisted and was asked for some receipts and photos. Once I provided them, I was told my replacement was already on the way! This customer service convinced me that I should continue to support it and I purchased a peak and bub attachment for my proxy. Amazing customer support.

Incredibly happy with Puffcos support service!! Particularly the help I received from Dewie! After purchasing my puffco my base had an issue covered under their warranty and contacted support and Dewie very quickly got back to me; replaced my peak, and sent an extra atomizer/chamber! As a daily concentrate user/content creator and influencer (unsponsored) that use to use their peak daily I am so incredibly grateful! :)

Initially this was a five but I gave a four because the device stopped working in less than 30 days but let me add some clarity. The warranty, once I filed for it was truly a satisfying deal with how Dewie helped me out with the issue.

Juan helped me fulfill the warranty on my PuffCo Peak base. He answered all my questions and did a great job getting me a replacement.

I reached out to support due to the fact my hot knife just fell apart. They were incredibly helpful and just replaced my device. Love this company.
