This is a rating on my experience with Dewie. This person was very polite and professional. I was pretty upset about having an issue within the first 2 weeks of owning a proxy. The atomizer was the fail point and not typically covered under warranty. Dewie took into consideration how long I had had the Proxy and was able to send me a replacement. Thank you Dewie, you’re a rockstar, and you created an even larger Puffco fan.

Got back to me within a day or two & were very helpful & respectful. My chamber randomly stopped working very early into its lifespan & they replaced it free of charge for the inconvenience! Overall great people & good product!

Dewie was great my original order was lost by UPS so he set up a replacement for me. Unfortunately the replacement came with the wrong product. Dewie was great and got another replacement sent out right away and allowed me to keep the item I received in error for all the inconvenience. Love puffco and always have great service!

I mailed in 2 products because I thought one of them had an issue, the puffco testing team people didn’t find any issues with my products but they still sent me out 2 new products anyway!

Phenomenal function on the device, but the battery went wonky after 6 months and I've been waiting on support to get back to me for about two weeks now. For a 400+ dollar device, that's rough. Sent in my support ticket and nada, no communication since then.

Bought a puffco peak pro from my local smoke shop to avoid shipping time and it was broken right out of the box so I had to wait for shipment on a warranty claim which took over 2 weeks. When I finally got it back it worked for about a week or two before developing ANOTHER issue that I’ll need to send it out for warranty yet again to fix. This is a $500 dollar dab rig that will break at the slightest inconvenience. I recommend literally any other digital dab rig brand

There was only one issue I had and that was I didn’t get to talk to Juan longer. Seriously I have never met a more honest and respectful person in my entire life, I would sincerely love to shake his hand and get a drink with him! Not only did he reply in a timely manner he answered every question I had for him with no hesitation at all. He is a star at a top quality company that refuses to stop shinning as bright as possible. I recommend Puffco to everyone but now I want to share his amazing service with everyone.

I messaged with Zach Davis of Customer Support to troubleshoot and identify the issues I was having with my Peak Pro chamber; he was both friendly and attentive in helping me to resolve the problem.

I have a pivot in the color mocha. I got it a couple months ago and honestly it sucks but I haven’t returned it because I didn’t wanna go through the inconvenience. It leaks on the bottom waste all my wax so I only use it sometimes and honestly any needs to be charged every couple heads and I get it only 15 but like oh my gosh it looks pretty but that’s about it
