Puffco is amazing with products so far above the competition they pull shades of a Michael Jordan or Muhammad Ali. They produce the best products in the hash marketplace by far and make the competition look like amateurs at best. And if you have any issue whatsoever (which will happen on occasion with any product, ever) they are more than willing to make it right. They are solid gold and I can’t wait to see what the future brings out of this company!

I was skeptical at first about their product. But their proxy is a game changer! I have both versions greatest investment. I finally spoiled myself with their hot knife. Now I did purchase it at my dispensary. But not only did they honor their one year warranty, they upgraded me to the new version. Puffco really makes the mark too a whole new level.

W company lost my proxy core mouthpeice and they replaced it for free even though it wasn't even a warranty issue this is why I bought the puffco plasma absolutely W company

Amazing customer service! I stupidly ripped the silicone casing and they were kind enough to promptly replace it! Also their product is wonderful!

Im sure like a lot of these review the Customer Service is wonderful, personally its the product I paid out for I care about. Simple fact is its a wonderful product, when it works. You will spend more time with the app telling you you have not cleaned your bowl properly so it dosnt connect. For a product that is designed specifically to handle a sticky substance, you'd have expected it to be a little better at doing what it was designed todo. I wouldn't buy another one, lets put it that way

I broke my new plasma glass almost as soon as i bought it, reached out to support and Sydnee helped out fast and solved the problem better then i was hoping

Zach from customer service made the experience 5 star. I first reached out to inquire about the expected performance of my peak pro. After talking he encouraged me to send it in because it was likely defective in some way. I was on the fence after reading some other thinfs online. He made me feel pretty confident so I went ahead with warranty claim. He Made aure I qas up to date and informed along the way. It worked out amazing in the end. Thanks a lot Zach!
