We believe that the benefits of a natural complete Raw cat food meat and bone diet far outweighs those associated with cooked and dry food. It is now widely accepted by many animal and veterinary professionals around the world that a raw food diet can have many health benefits over processed food. Your cat is able to digest and utilise the ingredients in raw food as this replicates what it would eat in the wild.

Ordered a week ago
Ordered a week ago, order confirmed, occasional notifications of tracking number, yet the parcel has seemingly not been despatched so still not arrived. Disappointing because heard good things about the products 🤷🏽♀️

Reliable and exceptional quality.
My cats love it. Even when they come off some flavours, there are so many others to try. Packaging is excellent and love the special cat flap embedded in the box. Reading some of the bad reviews, I think that people are a little dim. The customer support has been excellent for me. It is expensive, but not unreasonable. The price is completely justifiable.
I've been a customer for maybe four years now, and I can't see myself even curious about another brand because no where does food like Purrform. I'm super grateful.

Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that your cat enjoys our Chicken Breast & Heart recipe, although we're sorry to hear the other varieties weren't such a hit!
We know how frustrating it can be when cats turn their noses up at food, and we completely understand your disappointment at having to throw them away. Cats can certainly be particular about their preferences!
We appreciate you choosing Purrform and understand that cost is an important consideration when feeding raw. Thank you for including us in your cat's diet, and we hope your little one continues to enjoy their favourite Chicken Breast & Heart.

I have been ordering raw cat food from Purrform for over 2 years and have never had any issues. My fussy cat won’t eat anything else. It’s a great quality product and well worth the expense. My Siberian cat is healthy, with a beautifully long white coat. His toilet trips are inoffensive and I attribute much of his health and wellbeing to the quality of his diet.

Food has always been very good from this company, it’s DPD who let it down.
The driver comes in a quiet van, doesn’t ring the bell, or knock the door! If we didn’t have dogs, we may never know he had been. The food on the outside edges of the box wasn’t cold enough. I could push a finger into it easily.

Thank you for your kind words about our food. We’re sorry to hear that DPD have let you down and that some of your food arrived softer than expected.
As our parcels contain perishable food, DPD are required to deliver on the scheduled day, although they are not required to knock or ring the bell. You should receive a one-hour delivery timeslot on the morning of delivery, followed by a notification once your parcel has arrived. Keeping an eye on these updates can help you bring the food inside as soon as possible.
Please contact our customer service team about the condition of your food so we can look into this for you.

Have been buying the tubs for my cats and kittens for years. They are healthy on it and look in great condition. Delivery is always spot on. The occasional hiccup has happened but then that can been expected for the amount of times I have ordered from them. They are always courteous and very helpful. I have recommended them countless times. The food is really good quality too. No nasty fillers or unnatural additives.

Purrform is the best cat food ever
Purrform is the best cat food ever. It is raw, complete, and what felines would naturally eat, and all my cats have loved it and thrived on it. I previously had 2 half Main Coon's: their long coats were gorgeous and never needed untangling, even without brushing. You are what you eat and, so are our cats!

5* Breeder Recommendation
As a breeder, I will only feed my cats the best quality food. I've tried several raw food brands but ultimately my cats and kittens all eat Purrform, with no fuss. In particular, I notice that there is almost zero vomitting when I feed Purrform, which can't be said for other brands.

Healthy and happy cat = Purrform
I’ve been feeding Bertie our exotic shorthair Purrform since he was a kitten as recommended by the breeder. It was the best decision I made to carry on with Purrform transitioning from kitten to adult. He’s doing so well and loves the rabbit variety especially. Every now and then I try to give him a change such as pigeon or boar but he’s much happier with the rabbit and duck varieties. The meat is excellent quality and it’s true that poo is less and doesn’t smell .. I wish I’d known about raw feeding with my previous exotics!
Delivery has been great, on time and well packaged so easy to get straight into the freezer. The 70g packs are perfect but good to see alternatives ie tubs, 5-day fresh etc.
I appreciate the Purrform updates on useful information around cat health and feeding raw too.

Hobson is a fan of Purrform!
Our Siamese cat Hobson ( he was the only one left in the litter to choose from …. hence his name) has been fed on Purrform products since he was weaned. He is now nearly 9 and his particular favourite is the Chicken with ground bone and heart ( interspersed with the occasional baby rabbit and mouse).
The deliveries from Purrform are always prompt and totally frozen. Thankyou .
