The doctor arrived after a 15-minute wait. She was helpful and arranged for the prescription that I wanted. I will be using this service again.

I wanted to get a second opinion because I felt my regular GP was being dismissive so thought I’d try Push Doctor. At the time of my appointment I logged on assuming I’d see the doctor straight away but ended up waiting for 40 minutes not sure if it had gone wrong or not - surely if you’re logging on remotely for an appointment it should be at that time? When the doctor appeared there was no ‘sorry for the wait’, she seemed abrupt, was clearly a stressed out NHS GP in a busy and noisy surgery. I tried to explain my symptoms but her internet connection wasn’t great and five minutes in cut out completely! I got put back into the ‘waiting room’ but after some time I gave up. I then got a phonecall from Push asking if I wanted to reconnect so I said yes, got put back into the waiting room again, but after ten minutes I gave up (again). I basically paid £45 to see an overworked GP, which I can do for free at my local surgery. I guess I’ll be looking for a local private doctor in future, and all the extortionate costs that entails.

Great service. Dr Lamis Latif was very kind and spoke to me at length and gave me plenty of advice. A credit to her profession and would use again.

On Friday night I noticed Something was not good with my penis, swollen, lost of inching and burning sensation. The sexual health clinic was closed and the first appointment available was for Monday morning. On top of that I was travelling to Cornwall on Sunday morning to stay there 4 days working. So, no to many options and I call this people and had an appointment with “Dr Teik Teng Goh” (6091795). Who send me an antibiotic and a cream that would help until I get proper assistant in Cornwall. The antibiotics and the cream didn’t work at all, the situation has worsen a lot in 2 days, and I am still trying to find help here in Cornwall. I am now going to the emergency in the hospital as the sexual health clinic here didn’t help much either. Hope I get this sort out today as Dr Teik obviously made a huge mistake in my case giving me something that not even help me to feel a bit ok. Very unprofessional...

Admin staff said I will get a refund if I don't have a prescription for my condition ( antibiotic). At the end they offered only £20 refund as they need to pay to the GP.

Was pleasantly surprised how easy the service was. Very clear to understand how the service works.
Dr Mia was very helpful and listened to my concerns. He made me feel very at ease. My appointment was on time. Thank you.

1440 appointment position 5 in waiting room takes 20mins to get to position 1 which I thought ok 20mins delay , 20mins later at position 1 still nothing then "internet connection" had to restart back in position 1 , 1550 another 30mins later still nothing in position 1 , what's the point of having appointment times
1600 got a answer finally and the doctor was nice and was all sorted quickly prescription put in

excellent. I feel that I was listened to and I got to say everything I wanted to say.

After numerous telephone appointments with a GP who call whenever they like (why cant they just give you a rough time like normal appointments), the prompt consultation i had with Push Doctor was a refreshing change. Seeing who you are speaking to makes a world of difference and I feel appointment and subsequent follow through of what was discussed to have been of great benefit. Thank you.

The worst job I've ever met in all of England !!! he treats you with indifference, I lie to you shamelessly! I use discrimination which is degrading !!! I had an appointment and they canceled it for me! Then my life is full of suffering and pain but they are making fun of it !!! speaking The documents do not reach your application! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE !!! THEY HAVE NO MEDICAL TRAINING !!! JUST AN UNFIT CALL CENTER !!!

Having had issues with my GP, i was advised to give push doctor a try. Having used Zoom a lot for work, the video conference aspect felt like 2nd nature to me. Much more personal than the telephone only appointments offered by my GP. The appointment didnt feel rushed and I believe my symptoms were understand and feel i have been referred in the right direction.

I paid £45 just to be told to either make an appointment with my GP or go and see a private clinic. They sent me a referral letter, but it's too much money just to be told these :(

Slight delay in the appointment but I was contacted in advance to forewarn me. Excellent advice given and an X-Ray organised. Very impressed.

I was good experience with Push Doctor. She listen son's problem very carefully, prescribed him medication and booked for face to face appointment which saved my time.

Such a simple service. Worked really well and would happily use again even when 'normality' resumes

This was my first time new experience how to consult/see another NHS doctor instead of my own GP while sitting at home. Strange it was face to face veido consultation instead of telephone consultation. Being identified as Clnically extrememely Vulnerable it helped me to shield and stay at home as per government guidance to protect myself from Covid-19.

Great service when I really needed to speak with a GP.
The GP was very helpful and attentive and able to help me get the correct treatment.

Great idea - it all worked out very well.
