I have had a PuurSmile water flosser for several years. All of a sudden, when I tried to re-charge it, it would not work. I contacted the company and they are going to send me a new one free. I would definitely recommend this company and praise it's customer service policies.

PuurSmile gave me a PuurSmile!!!
I recently had a problem with a PuurSmile Flosser that I bought in December of 2025. I contacted the PuurSmile people and told them my problem. Julia Pangan and the other people who responded to me could not have been more helpful. They were courteous, efficient, and very easy to deal with. I commend PurrSmile for hiring such splendid people. I will gladly recommend PuurSmile to others because of them. The good people at PuurSmile gave me a PuurSmile!

I received an order of attachments soon…
I received an order of attachments soon after receiving my device which included all of the attachments - I thought I was being charged for another device because it was $99! I immediately started asking questions and asking for a refund. At first it was frustrating to even get a return label after the attachments
arrived. As soon as possible, I used the
label and returned everything and weeks later I got an email that my package had
arrived. But I never got the refund. Many emails later, I finally saw a refund this week but it took THREE months. The last person who helped me was very kind any very responsive and was able to finally bring my issue to closure. I do love the Puur device. Thank you!

I really like my PuurSmile
I really like my PuurSmile. I had an issue with it charging and they were great to work with! They ask for a video, but I couldn't get it to send. They then asked for some photos and I sent them everything they ask for. As it turns out they are sending me a replacement. This company's customer support is top notch! It only took a couple days with some back and forth emails, but definitely worth the effort! Customer service is fantastic!

Excellent customer service
Even after my initial issue had been resolved and I didn’t require a replacement I reported a continuing issue with my Puur water flossing unit. And I was in receipt of a new unit’s shipment within two days of my new email. I was astonished at the prompt reply and the full replacement without issue as I had supplied my agent, Marie, with her previously requested data (a video of the units malfunction and the serial number and PID). I will be receiving the new PUUR Water flosser by 7/31/2026.

I purchased a PuurSmile water flosser about 13months ago and it started to make a loud knocking noise while operating the unit. I emailed PuurSmile and they immediately responded and needed a little more information. Upon providing the requested information they immediately resolved the matter by sending me a new unit. Their customer service has been great…
Their customer service has been great from beginning to end. I bought three, one for myself and one for each of my kids. Mine developed a crack in the reservoir at the bottom where water was starting to leak out. I reached out, sent pictures and they replaced it quickly and were very responsive and kind.

Good Water Flooser
From previous reviews, purchased thinking it would at least be comparable to my current water flosser. Many commented on the tank size, how great. Really; my current by My Smile (5yrs old) is 11.4oz. The pulse rate is probably a slight decrease than mine. The various tips are the same except for tongue. I have found when trying to end the water flow, it continues 2-3 secs, causing water shooting all over, which one might not expect. The customer service is excellent; quick response to questions. This is a positive nowadays. They do care. Overall, product is very good. For pricing, suggest compare. My water flosser is used 3-4 times/day which like the larger tank.

Customer Service is stellar. I had a broken canister from a business trip and they replaced it. Just asked me to send pics of the canister. Boom handled fast. Then had the flosser not working and sent a request to see how to fix they asked for picture and a video of it not working. Response time impeccable and a replacement is being sent. Love my Puursmile flosser!
