We're Puzzle Post – A small (but mighty!) team based in London that makes Puzzle Games Designed to be shared and bring people together. Whether you’re solving clues around the dinner table, racing to unlock a secret message, or trying to outwit your most competitive friend, our games are built for moments that get people talking (and thinking, and laughing- sometimes all at once)! We don’t do boring. We do stories with secrets, clues hidden in menus, and online vaults that won’t open unless you crack the code. Think: escape room meets dinner party meets “wait, what just happened?”. From writing storylines and designing puzzles to testing every clue and sending your game- we do it all ourselves, with a lot of care (and usually a lot of snacks). We’re big on surprises, obsessed with storytelling, and perfectionists about paper stock. Oh, and everything we make is 100% plastic-free and recyclable! You’ll find no plastic, no filler, and no boring bits- just original, immersive games made to surprise, challenge and delight. From birthday gifts, dinner parties, marriage proposals to Christmas morning chaos- we’ve got something for everyone!

Brilliant game, puzzles and materials
Brilliant! Bought as a birthday present and four of us played it - my husband, myself, our 22 year old and our 18 year old. A good range of different puzzle types. Good quality materials - as if we were actually at the Arctic Frontiers conference. Neat use of internet towards the end of the game.

Make your December a daily fun packed Month
Ive spent 15 yrs making my own calendars for my daughter to avoid waste, landfill etc. Last yr she hit 18 and was on the point of giving up 9n advent calendars (I mean she was 18 right?) then I saw the Puzzlepost's Taskmaster calendar and changed my mind. We loved it as a show and the idea of the calendar was genius.
We absolutely LOVED the 2025 TaskMaster advent calendar is was SOOO good!! It was excellent, clever hilarious, engaging advent FUN.
Every day was a hilarious task to complete.
I loved that was 100% paper - unlike other novelty advent calendars which are often gift based and full of plastic landfill crap!
I was genuinely so excited to present it to her on Dec 1st & she was equally chuffed with it.
Thanks so much for making our Decembers so much fun.
*ps they are also super quick, friendly & helpful with customer service response - thanks Tom!!!!

Brilliant products and great customer…
Brilliant products and great customer service.
Unfortunately I had a piece missing from the pack that I was working through and it was incredibly quick and easy to resolve this. Within 10 minutes I had access to a copy of the missing information and had a follow up email from customer services the next day to check it was resolved okay and to apologise. Very impressed by this service!
I have since bought two more packs to have a go at and will be buying more in the future.

Great customer service
Did the Taskmaster advent calendar last year - brilliant puzzles and really well made. Ordered one for this year too and when I tried to add the jigsaw at discounted price but had difficulties, they responded within a couple of hours and sorted it for me.

We did the Taskmaster 2025 Advent…
We did the Taskmaster 2025 Advent Calendar (belatedly this summer!) and had a blast. It was absolutely worth it (even shipping from UK to US). We had so much fun - the tasks were a great variety of brain-teasers. And the box is SO well made. Kudos! We will definitely do next year's!

I feel like this was completed with AI
I feel like this was completed with AI. There are logic steps missing for some of the puzzles and sometimes difficult to discern what the outcome was supposed to be even if we were 80% of the way there.

Hi Jose,
I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience. I've requested more information from you via Trustpilot - it would be really helpful to know which of our games you're referring to.
Thanks,
Tom
AI slop and poor puzzles.
Puzzle uses ai generated content for many images and all audio, making many things unclear and confusing. Puzzles overall are poorly designed and unintuitive due to red herrings that are correct and no details on what to do with codes when you find them (ie what to do with 4 3 3 9, add them or keep them?? no Byinstruction given). The resolution to the story is a crappy ai generated video with no real pay off.

We’ve done a couple of the escape room…
We’ve done a couple of the escape room in an envelope games and really like them. The last one we did had a piece missing, disaster right? Nope, they have a clever online system that gave us what we needed and then customer service automatically got in touch to apologise for the inconvenience and offer a good will gesture. They went above and beyond, great company

Disappointed in the AI
The blatant AI artwork and copy cheapened and ruined the experience which was a shame! There are so many festival artwork designers who could have done this job and avoided the ChatGPT vibe :( I can see elsewhere that they’ve said no AI was used in the making of the game mechanics but the creative is just as important to the experience!

Hi Martha,
I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the artwork and copy in The Secret Set. I believe another member of your group reached out to us via email - I've responded to them directly and I'll pass on this feedback to the rest of the team.
We definitely don't want our games to feel like a 'cheap' experience - our team put a lot of hard work into the process from idea to production - so it's disappointing to hear that that's the impression you were left with. I completely agree that the creative is just as important to the experience!
Over the past year, we've invested in growing our product team with three new hires. They're the talented people behind all of the new games we've been bringing out over the last 6-12 months and everything that we've got in the pipeline.
As a small business, we are constantly trying out new ideas, tools and ways of working. We're also listening to feedback like this from our customers and adapting our approach, as we have done by changing how we do and don't use AI.
All the best,
Tom
