QinPrinting Reviews

QinPrinting made the experience of self-publishing my first book of photography a delight from start to finish. Nelson was prompt and thorough in his communications, answered questions quickly and professionally, and the anticipated turnaround and timeline was comfortably met. The books were handsomely produced and beautifully packaged for their long journey to New England, USA. I would recommend QinPrinting to anyone interested in self-publishing.

I am a repeat customer and cannot imagine using any other printing company. QinPrinting always exceeds my expectations — beyond fabulous every time. They are easy to work with, have a fast turnaround, and deliver truly supreme quality. And I almost never leave reviews because I often wonder if they’re real — but I can assure you, I am very real and cannot recommend QinPrinting highly enough. I love this company!

Incredible experience. The communication was great, and they helped me understand every step of the process. When my shipment came in I ws so impressed with the quality. Will absolutely be ordering again when we need more inventory.

I highly recommend QinPrinting. This was my first adventure with creating my product and Neon helped me every step of the way. Communication was easy, clear, and always helpful. I am so thankful for all the support I received from Neon and the staff - from design, to print, to delivery - everything was easy and I am so happy with my final product.

My contact there was Jane. She was so helpful and it was a pleasure dealing with her. My books arrived last week and they were perfect in every detail. I look forward to sending my new book to you for printing. Later this year.
Warm regards, Patricia Anderson

Helpful, responsive, fixed a project and file when it was printed incorrectly. Great customer service, high quality printing. I would work with them again!

Good quality printing, quick and helpful response from customer service

Qin Printing was so responsive. They typically emailed back within 24 hours. They were patient with me as a first time publisher who was doing all the work herself. They walked me through everything. The product I received was beautiful. It met all my standards. I highly recommend working with them! I created an Oracle card deck, and it turned out just as I wanted it. Do plan for the 5 -7 for shipping. It was well worth the wait! Thank you for giving my vision life!

Fabolous communication and realisation of the project. The endresult is beautiful.

The communication and customer service was absolutely amazing. Quick, consistent, and helpful, Sharing was a true partner in this process. Even when a last minute change was needed in shipping method, Sharing on behalf of Qin bent over backwards to ensure it was done for me. Their pricing, their quality, and their service cannot be topped. Could not recommend them more!

Excellent service, amazing care and fabulous high-quality printing. I was guided every step of the way. The service and responsiveness were exceptional. I will be using QinPrinting again.

Quality is top tier in service and in printing. I don’t know any other company like them! I’m so glad I found them online. They don’t just print, they really take pride in the quality that’s presented and make sure your files are correct and I appreciate the flexibility in correcting any mistake or them noticing differences.

Amazing Experience! The back and forth after submitting the manuscripts was fast and easy. They were very responsive to questions. They sent a video demo of the printed books before shipping. Books arrived within the quoted time frame.

Excellent experience from start to finish.
The communication was clear and responsive, the quality of the final product exceeded our expectations, and the entire process felt smooth and well managed. QinPrinting was a pleasure to work with, and we would absolutely collaborate with them again.

It was genuinely a good experience. Sharing from Qin put up with my delays, endless questions, detailed queries, changes of mind. All in good faith, fast communication.

The end experience and product is also exemplary. Well packed, high quality printing.

I also want to call out their designer in particular - excellent attention to detail, and caught quite a few things before approving the print.

Fantastic.

They wew very quick with everything, since the quote, the details, the sample, the shipping. Everything was done with precision and we got exaclty what we were looking for.

This was my first large order from QinPrinting, and they were an absolutely amazing, responsive, and detail-oriented company and produced a product that exceeded my expectations. It was completed early, shipped early and arrived early and remained at the price quoted. They are beyond professional and really care about the product they provide. A++++++ Buy with confidence!!!

I contacted Nelson so many times as this is the first big print I’ve done(divine guidance oracle cards).
I was nervous and unsure of everything. Nelson was so patient and respectful and replied promptly. It took years for me to complete but I was so happy for his service and patient manner. Cards look beautiful and feedback was excellent from people. Will definitely contact again for next project.

I had an incredible experience working with QinPrinting for my book project. The print quality exceeded every expectation. The colors, finish, and overall craftsmanship were absolutely beautiful. My books look professional, premium, and exactly as I envisioned them.

But what truly sets QinPrinting apart is the customer service.
A very special thank you to Sharing, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was done perfectly. Even when there were questions or tracking concerns, she handled everything with kindness, clarity, and real care. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I will absolutely continue printing with QinPrinting. Their combination of quality, reliability, and exceptional customer support, makes them my top choice for future projects.

Highly recommend!

QinPrinting did an excellent job printing my Calendar & Zine — the colours, paper quality and final finish were all beautiful. Neon, my customer service rep, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, making everything smooth and stress-free. I’m really happy with the result and will definitely be printing with them again.
