QinPrinting Reviews

There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with my books from QinPrinting. Neon was extremely professional and incredibly patient as I worked through the artwork process. They made sure everything was perfect before printing. The video of the finished book, before purchasing, gave me all the confidence I needed to proceed. The books were packaged so well there wasn't one damaged book in the lot. The families of the children love the books! I'm already working on my next book, as these are almost sold out, already. I will never go anywhere else.

So pleased with the quality and turnaround of our hardcover coffee table book. I have made other orders before and will be using this company again.

Right from the beginning we had great service, really responsive, quick turnaround of emails. Great technical support to help us get what we wanted, accurate on pricing.

I had an amazing experience with this printing company! The details, the communication, the fast replies, everything about working with them was wonderful. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a printing company. I made a beautiful gratitude card deck and got to watch it come to life!

Great experience with customer service. All our printing arrived on time and looking great.

Quin produced a beautiful, quality book in a timely manner. Excellent Product and service

They were so professional and communicative every step of the way. Truly; if you’re looking for a place to print your book— look no further.

Great experience working with Qin. The books look great and came even faster than I expected! Highly recommend.

The communication between Qin Printing and us was always professional. Instructions were always clear. Timelines of our projects were very close. I would recommend Qin Printing for any project. We are continuing our projects, current and future, with the great staff from Qin Printing.

Quality, speed, price, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely extraordinary service and support, and beautiful production of a difficult 192 page color photo book, with a fussy customer.

The books arrived a week before the earliest promised in good condition. The quality of the printing and the colors is excellent. The support with difficult technical questions was amazing and quick.

I exchanged over 60!! messages with Neon Zhang who always responded almost instantly during China working times in perfect English. Neon watched over this project efficiently and carefully.

Frankly I am not used to this extremely wonderful level of service -- even from Apple or my Porsche dealer ;-) .

If you want to publish a photography book, you couldn't finding anything else approaching Qin's level. [I don't write reviews like this normally, but they deserve it.]

QinPrinting gave me a great quote, fulfilled the order on time, sent me a video of the proof, and the outcome was beautiful

I have just had my 3rd book printed by QinPrinting, and I have been dealing with Jane Lee. Jane has been extremely helpful with each book I have done. I am also extremely happy with the quality of the books and the price of the books. I will be using you again for my next book and will be recommending you to everyone. Thank you for your professional and friendly service.

Really easy to deal with, great pricing, whole process was easy and fast

Great communication and high quality product. Will definitely do business again soon!

Susan at QinPrinting has been the absolute best to work with over the last few years of working on my 1st children's book project! The team of developers, designers, etc. have captured the beauty and vision of the book with bold colors and pristine quality. I would recommend QinPrinting to any and everyone I know for ANY print project they may have.

Susan was AMAZING and exceptionally wonderful through the whole process which was made SO difficult by Trump's tariffs.
We are so grateful and will definitely come back again for printing services!!
We are VERY grateful! Thank you

The person I worked with was very responsive. I was alerted to potential problems, and we fixed them. And while shipping took a long time, the packing was perfect! It felt like a very high-quality job.

The customer service I had from my sales representative Nelson. He did a great job throughout answering my many questions and concerns. I would ask for him again!
