QinPrinting Reviews

Qin Printing has been nothing less than a BLESSING!! I was hesitant to do international business because it was a huge risk and unfamiliar territory. Thankfully, I was able to make contact with a pervious customer (from Skye Studios) and she eased all my uncertainties. She provided me with her point of contact with this company, Nelson Zhao. From the moment I connected with Nelson, he put me at ease. As a customer, he always made me feel valued. More importantly, his exemplary customer service always felt authentic.

As a first-time children’s author, this whole process has been nothing short of hurdles. So, the stressors of having my book made overseas were valid. But Nelson always reassured me that everything was going to work out, and they would deliver quality books. Qin Printing did just that and more!!! Nelson patiently walked me through the entire process. He answered my endless questions with kindness. We had multiple Zoom meetings and sometimes at the last minute. Nelson followed up when my books were shipped to keep me updated on its arrival. Also, he followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the quality of the books. I worked with Nelson from February until August because there were serious delays on my end with preparing my book to be printed. Once again, Nelson’s awesome personality was always encouraging, especially at times when I needed it the most.

When the books arrived, I couldn’t stop SMILING!! All of the hurdles were worth seeing something that I had been working on for 8 years. More importantly, the feedback that I have received from others about the quality of the books has been very comforting. I can confidently present my book When I Grow Up Adventures: Feelings Matter to others without pause. I’m so THANKFUL that I was able to do business with this company. Without hesitation, I will continue to do business with them.

The communication with Daniel was quick and efficient. The product is top quality.

The support provided was outstanding, the price was excellent and included door to door. Well packed and protected. Speedy delivery.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Exceptional Quality and Service!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with QinPrinting. From start to finish, their team was responsive, professional, and truly invested in helping me bring my vision to life. I printed my first edition of a 58-card deck (complete with a custom magnetic box) and the results were stunning.

The color accuracy, matte finish, and premium cardstock all exceeded my expectations. Every detail shows real craftsmanship. The communication was outstanding too; they provided clear updates, design templates, and guidance at every stage.

What impressed me most was how personal the process felt. Even though they’re a large-scale printer, they treated my small-batch creative project with care and respect.

If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality printer for custom card decks, packaging, or creative projects, I can’t recommend QinPrinting enough. I’ll absolutely be printing with them again for my next production run!

The company prints a wonderful quality piece. I am very delighted with the finished product.

I ordered 500 hardcover books and they turned out amazing -- way better than I was even visualizing. I'm based out of Los Angeles, and I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to make of this place, because they don't have a presence on Yelp. But the books are great, they're here, and I'm looking at them right now. Huge thanks to Daniel and the rest of the team.

Working with QinPrinting has by far been the best book printing experience I have ever had in my whole career as an indie comic creator. The patience and personal care given to my project was outstanding, and the quality of the final product is superior. As long as they are in business, they have my business.

Qin gave us an accurate quote and we received the book earlier than expected. The printing was high quality and looked great!

I had an excellent experience with QinPrinting. The pricing beat local competitors and the turnaround time and quantity was great!

Qin printing has been amazing to work with. I am in Canada and sending monies via etransfer for our project was daunting. However, communication with Qin printing was amazing. Quick responses and they answered every question. The team
There is so good and helpful. In the end, we are beyond happy with the outcome. There were also no hidden fees or taxes when the product arrived either. So the quote given was solid. The quality of the materials was just beautiful. We got exactly what we were hoping for. We highly recommend this company and will for sure come back here for our next printing project for sure. 💯. 😊.

I have been using Qin printing for all of my personal books and those of my clients. I routinely recommend them to other authors. I have been working with Daniel who is very responsive, helpful, fluent in English and extremely reliable.

They did an excellent job of putting my children’s books together. Arrived safe and well packaged. Thanks!

I had a lovely experience working with QinPrinting. Neon was my rep and gave me full attention for my order. I always knew what stage of the process my order was at, and Neon's communication was quick and friendly.

We worked with Daniel from Qin Printing and he answered all of our questions and was super patient! When receiving our samples they looked great and the process was super easy to get shipped!

The e-transfer payment seems fishy but they followed through on all asks so was totally fine! We just received our first batch and our getting ready to launch our product! Will definitely be restocking with Qin Printing again!

The staff is exceptional at going above and beyond. They pride themselves in making good products, so when I sent my versions that had some errors in them, they were quick to advise on them, reviewing each page for accuracy and letting me send multiple versions to finally settle on

The quality was on point, really great quality through the images and text aswell.

Insect Watercolor Art Book. We had a great experience working with Nelson. I was looking for a higher quality paper for an artbook and they delivered. Way better than the print on demand places here in the US.

The service I received from Qin Printing was amazing from start to finish. They even caught an inconsistency in my cards that I didn't catch, and brought my attention to it! The quality of the card stock and printing was just astounding. My project turned out better than I had imagined.

Susan reply very fast and my book is very good quality.
