Took a while with delivery but was updated immediately and all staff were reasonable and helpful. I ordered quad falcon 200cc an highly recommended to everyone. Quad itself is brilliant and built to a great standard. Delivery was quick on the day.

Received promptly and driver explained all do's and dont's. Took me a few minutes to work out you need brake on to use electric start, but not too old yet to pull start a little 200!

Extremely Poor Customer Service
Extremely Poor Customer Service, Don't Answer Phones or Reply To Emails! Brought a brand new quad bike, took 5 weeks for delivery, had to chase multiple times! Finally arrived managed 4Km on said new quad bike and now wont start, have emailed/called, promised to collect to repair still sat here, got feed up with all the fake promises/lies, asked for a full refund, heard nothing back! Have now contacted my card company to get a charge back done! AVOID, These Guys are COWBOYS!! You've been warned, Check Trust pilot reviews says everything!
I'm starting to think that most of these reviews are fake, Quad Warehouse had tried to remove my review as "defamatory content" over the weekend!
Sorry to say guy's the truth hurts, you cant treat people like this and expect to get away with it!

I purchased a 110cc junior quad for my daughters and they absolutely love it! Quick easy fun delivered fully assembled.
There was some small delay on delivery dates but this was quickly sorted out by Chris M from Support and was even given a small free gift as an apology - great service and a great product, in fact the kids are so happy it looks like we'll be getting another for Christmas!
