Ordered on the 8th June, 5 weeks before my Son's birthday on the 17th July. First quad arrived late, and badly damaged. Had issues/delays getting it replaced and 1 evening, i was even told the driver was '90 mins away, and will call me when 60 mins away' (due to arrive after the store closed) and i sat all night waiting for a call/delivery that simply never happened until the next morning when i wasn't home. When the next/replacement 1 finally turned up, it had no stickers on the back half.

Staff were very polite and always tried to resolve issues but what was said, unfortunately never happened, just more issues, delays and false promises. The manager kindly provided free gear when sending out the missing stickers for the replacement quad, but they arrived without the missing stickers, you couldn't write it!!

Selected other stickers for the quad (original ones no longer in stock) and were promised that they'd arrive in time. Yesterday was my sons birthday and I had to explain why his quad bike has stickers on one half but not the back as yes, the second lot of stickers still haven't arrive yet.. (now 18th July).

5.5 weeks since the original order and I still don't have what I ordered/paid for despite their countless efforts and promises to put things right.

Great products when they eventually arrive as seen, undamaged. I would however recommend ordering 6-8 weeks in advance.

Bike was delivered quickly after purchase. However a day after Christmas the bike stopped working. I contacted Quadwarehouse and a repair was booked in. Shortly after recieving the bike back again it stopped working. Again i contacted quadwarehouse and they arranged for a repair. Management contacted me and offered to replace the bike with a more expensive electric pit bike because of all the inconvinence caused. Staff are approachable and professional. If you have any issues, reach out as they are always happy to help.

Ordered a 125cc quad engine after my sons suffered another internal failure 6 month after the rebuild.

Engine came within 18hours of ordering, easy to fit we bit of wiring required changing but was easy enough.

Top class service.

Quad Warehouse are brilliant. The staff are friendly and have plenty of banter. Very well handled business and vehicles. They listen to the customer and are very helpful too. The delivery service is handled with care and dispatched promptly usually same/next working day. Ordering is very easy too just go onto the site place what you want in your cart and checkout.
