I had a spoke break. It happens. You ride any bike long enough it will happen. Qualisports provided the specifications of the spoke and even options on how to order, through them or even Amazon. Once again, great service.

Great bike, great company!
We got two Voladors, and really love them. They are lightweight, but sturdy and very powerful. We live in a hilly area, and these bikes have no problem climbing some very steep inclines. The after sales service has been excellent. My rear light didn't work and they immediately sent a replacement. We had some questions about adjusting the derailer, and the service person sent You Tube links to do the adjustment. He also said that if the video didn't work for us, we could call him back and he would talk us through it. Throughout the shipping process we were kept informed about the status. One suggestion: could the clamp lock be included as part of the original purchase? It seems to be an important security safeguard. All in all, a great bike, well worth the money.

Travel by Tesla Y with Voladors
It is my update for my review around three years ago: We purchased 2 Voladors to ride trails in the tri-state area. Recently, we changed the car from an Acura RDX to a Tesla Y after figuring out how to fit both bikes into the trunk: you need to remove the sit-post/battery before lifting the bike into the trunk. Two benefits: the bike becomes much lighter for lifting; after the ride, it is much easier to set up the separated from the bike battery for charging in your garage or home.
Our Voladors serve us well while riding and hide safely in the trunk while enjoying the rest of the trip outside the bike trails. You can fit the third Volador into the Tesla Y trunk by folding the middle sit-down.

Locking Clamp different tightening nut and no shipping to Hawaii
I received the clamp and it fits just fine and will do the job, but I haven't fitted it probably yet. The clamp is secured with a tamper proof star nut and not the small wrench as illustrated in the installation video. That is fine but I now have to buy the tamper proof star drive.
The delivery was via USPS but for some reason do not send to Hawaii, and I needed to send via family on the mainland.

I ordered 2 of the 5th anniversary bikes and had them shipped. One arrived in good condition while the other arrived with the box totally damaged. Awesome bikes!
Purchased a Qualisports Dolphin+ after spending many hours of research, comparing different brands and reading reviews. Liked it so much, we ordered a Model 5 for my wife. The bikes are beautifully made and include things we see as important if you are considering an e-bike; hydraulic brakes and NO quick release wheels. These are both safety items we looked for and Qualisports is one of few mfrs that do both of these! Looking forward to many years of enjoyment from these bikes.

The bike is great
The bike is great. I did lack the screws to attach the back red light. I didn't know for sure if I had misplaced them or they weren't there? Either way. I had ordered an extra battery. Asked customer service about size of screws to attach light. All CS did was send me a picture of the screw with a tape measure across it. Now that tells me alot about the size. Could have been nice and sent me replacement screws with the battery.
