I paid $80 for a charger and they sent the wrong one
I'm changing my review to 5 star. They refunded my money and sent me a new charger. They made every thing good. I couldn't be happier!

I would like to thank people of Qualisports for tackling the problem i had right away without any delay i would also like to commit on my past post in which i had a bad experience but Qualisports handled the problem and i am now back up and running thanks again ....

Received my Dolphin a day after eye surgery and thanks to a neighbor and UPS they were able to leave it near my door in my apt. bldg. This is my fourth e-bike and the Qualisports (my first) is the only one to arrive in perfect condition without needing any adjustment. Did not do the fenders. Also got the front basket and rear carrier and was easily attached. So far i'm liking the bike and was surprised to find a metal derailleur protector on the bike which is nice as last years models did not have this. Rode today and lost two bars (out of four) on the battery after 34 miles which seems reasonable to me. My main criticisms would be the lack of some information on setting the LCD Displays. Also this my first thumb throttle which I find terribly inferior to a twist throttle. And the battery removal and insertion is harder than I had originally thought and care should be taken to make sure the coiled battery cord is a reasonably away from the bike chain. All in all, it is a quality bike and I am happy with my purchase.

The bike came with no documentation on how to assemble or operate; something I would expect for something of this price. After some time of trial and error; got it all assembled and ready for the road. Bought the rear rack as part of purchase from bike shop; never was shipped to them (and they didnt call me if it arrived). Was forced to order directly from you at a higher price ( $ 75.00 versus $ 68.00; shop gave me overall discount) and had to pay an additional $ 25 shipping from you to me. Also had to make another trip to bike shop to get refund on my pre pay of rear frame. Big hassle; not fair !!

Great bike! Excellent communication from the vendor. I wished for better instructions, but even with the lack of clear directions we put it together in about an hour.

Customer service was always attentive and helpful. Just got my bike 2 days ago, and took the first ride today--love it! Set up was a bit frustrating--the included tool kit did not have all the correct size allen wrenches for the job (but fortunately my husband did). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the very brief owner's "manual," which is really a pamphlet, and other sketchy diagrams/information. Had to watch and read several things online to figure out how to set up and operate the bike properly.

I purchased a Qualisports' Volador. The bike looks and feels nice. But I find there is a design flow and the manual is not very clear on the part where I tripped. As soon as I was done putting the bike together, I fold the bike. But I am not able to unfold it because the pedal post got stuck to the frame.
This is due to the design flow of the frame being too low. If only the frame was an inch taller, this situation would have never happened. Advice, before you fold the bike, make sure your left pedal is at a 0-degree angle. I did email Alex yesterday. I am hoping to hear from him to help me rectify the issue.

Update:
Alex sent me the replacement parts of LCD Display and Thumb Throttle. Now, the bike is up and running.
I must say Alex was very professional, and he followed up to make sure I was taken care of.
The customer from Alex was 4/5 stars. So, I bumped up the rating from one start to two.
As I said, the bike is sturdy and well-made. Only thing is the design flaw of having a frame little low to get the padel stuck.

The bike is fine. It arrived a bit late. The included paper instructions don t cover the assembly. To have to get those instructions online is parsimony in the wrong spot! No WiFi in my garage! You want me to run back and forth? The video is also too fast - and when paused goes dark. This complicated assembly for a very impatient person!
For a bike this price I should be entitled to a thorough owner s manual!!

The bike rack for my Dolphin is great! perfect fit.

One comment. The YouTube video with the installation instructions for the rear parcel shelf goes a little fast and isn’t detailed enough. I had to keep pausing and rewinding. Otherwise solid.

The customer service with this company is absolutely fantastic. I can’t say enough about how over the top they were with helping us with our purchases. Today when it seems like no one cares about customer retention this company can show businesses how it’s done. Thank you Qualisports for helping us with our new Nemos! Perfect for our sailboat. Couldn’t be happier.
