3 out of 3 Belugas delivered had minor scratches on the paint (fenders and front fork) Also derailleur hangers bent needing straightened on all 3. Suggest better packaging on those areas and perhaps including touch up paint in the box.

They kept in constant contact with me and answered all my questions promptly. They also went helped me with requests on some documentation which really helped. Amazing customer service!

We originally wanted a white bike but as out of stock ordered a back bike. The one the arrived was red!

Absolutely a great experience. Living on a boat sometimes having to track down people to ask questions is a challenge and takes time. The customer service has been excellent! I had to contact them regarding an issue with my order and they responded within the hour of my sending the message (It was like within 10 minutes!) TWICE and they helped me and made the whole transaction SO EASY! I would recommend this to anyone shopping for an Ebike or any other items this seller has. Thank you very much!

We will be trying the Dolphin bikes out this weekend, just finished setting up and charging yesterday. Wish there was instructions for the fenders. Trail and error we got them on. The front light was an issues because I ordered the basket for my bike. We are 64 and 65 we've just started riding bikes again after 15 or more year's. Rode at Jekyll Island GA. I wanted the bikes for Callaway Gardens Ga.

It's important to state that I did *not* complete my purchase of a Volador in the summer of 2020. I paid for one on back-order, whose availability-date was made clear on the website (approximately a month from when I paid for it). I canceled the purchase apparently well before the bikes were manufactured, let alone available to ship. At first, Qualisports acknowledged the cancellation. I then got an email stating there would be a $50 cancellation fee. Had the lovely bikes been available for shipping at the time, even without any "cancellation fee" warning, I might have understood. But the "fee" seemed a personal decision made on the spur of the moment, particularly because the cancellation was acknowledged by Qualisports without any mention of a cancellation fee. I responded that I would dispute this charge, and the company refunded the full amount.

Another thing that would make me hesitate to purchase from Qualisports was the fact that upon payment, my purchase was published on the company website with my first name, last initial, and very small town advertised. If your name is fairly unusual and you live in a small town, you may want to alert the company before you buy from them that you don't--or do--give permission for the sale to be made public. Potential theft of very desirable new technology is always a possibility. I had to write to the company--on a Sunday--asking more than once for my privacy to be restored.

I love my new folding Dolphin! The ability to use without assist but quickly change to electrically assisted riding helps so much when you are a ‘past 60” bike rider, like me. Shifting is easy, the seat is comfortable and I LOVE the throttle when climbing the hills. Now if only it came in red.......

Very good bike. A bit heavy but easy to fold and to put in a corner. Doesn't take much place when folded. I m 180 cm tall and the bike does not feel small at all while riding it. It feels totally good. The motor is smooth and very pleasant, it helps a lot without being too much. The wheels and tires are not small at all and make the ride more trustable. The bike looks good. The screen was broken when I received the bike, the company sent me a new one for free and I had to change it myself. Was not easy but it worked. Would definitely buy it again.
The only thing is you might have difficulty to find a bike shop that accepts to repair it as they do not sell this brand. I wish Qualisports would have more contacts with bikes shops .

We purchased 2 Valodar bikes and we really like them. We changed the seats out for larger ones which makes the riding more comfortable. We bought them to take with us when we travel with our motor home. The folded up size and weight were the reasons we chose these bikes.

I bought a Beluga that was shipped with a Dolphin battery. After a week of corresponding with Alex Cao, the correct battery was shipped and I installed it. The bike has been excellent since then. I have ridden 633 miles since June. My one wish would be for a suspension fork. I recently bought a Dolphin for my wife.

My son and I discovered Qualisports E bikes on Amazon. While discussing whether we should get one or not, I bought a Volador.
It came mostly assembled in a perfectly designed box. I had a good time installing the fenders, and some other small parts.
My wife took a ride on our new bike and we immediately decided to buy one for her and one for my son. We've been using them nonstop even in this cold weather.
The bikes are powerful, with enough battery to give us what we need to get us to where we want to go and back.
They are awesome bikes, well-made, and with friendly people selling them. We know this because of the email interchange to get the right rear rack for my wife's bike.
I expect we will have many years of joy on these bikes.

I have been using my qualisports beluga for 1.5 years and still enjoy it - it is awesome, love it. The Qualisports customer support is responsive and helpful. Thanks guys.

The dolphin needs more torque when using throttle, also needs faster acceleration, takes too long to come up to speed. The headlight wire is not long enough for proper installation of front rack. So you wind up losing space in front rack because of headlight. Other than those two issues it’s a pretty solid bike and decent value...

hey, what a big bike when I bought this bike I didn't think it was so comfortable when I ride it I feel very emotional, people on the streets ask me where you bought that cute bike? i'm really delighted!!! of all this, my complaint about is that in New York City, I have to take the train and the bike is heavy, but I feel very good
