This was my first experience purchasing through a recommendation, and I was thoroughly guided through the entire process in great detail. I was also given helpful tips and advice that genuinely felt tailored to my best interests, which was a refreshing change. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a ring to use Quality Diamonds.

That was my first experience with Quality Diamonds and I did thorough research before making a decision where to buy. I finally opted to this service and I am happy I did. Their website have wide range of diamonds so you can choose whatever you like and get that installed into your jewellery, this customisation is great. Also, all diamonds have very good description/certificates so you understand what you buy.

All services provided by the whole team of Quality Diamonds were excellent, communication was great, I was provided with all details about my order, I was kept posted about progress, I got my order delivered even much faster than it was expected, and of course my wife likes her new diamond necklace - so do I!

After researching engagement ring styles and companies in Hatton Garden, I chose Quality diamonds.
And I haven’t been disappointed. The experience has been exceptional from start to finish.
Daniel’s experience was obvious. He was knowledgeable and very professional.
Daniel guided us through selection and was respectful of our budget. There was no hard sell which I appreciated.

From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. I purchased a loose diamond (from Quality Diamonds) and then visited their Birmingham Jewellery Quarter office, where the team scanned my original Tiffany engagement ring so it could be replicated to sit perfectly alongside my existing wedding band and eternity ring. Even at that stage, I was impressed—I received detailed CAD designs and a 3D-printed model to review.

That said, I wasn’t the easiest customer! I later changed my mind about the diamond size, then changed the design to include a hidden halo due to the diamond height! Despite all my indecision, Lauren remained incredibly patient, supportive, and accommodating throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and my very fussy nature didn’t phase her at all.

The level of customer service I received was truly second to none. I felt listened to, supported, and reassured every step of the way.

And the final result? An absolutely stunning ring that exceeded all my expectations. It’s beautifully crafted, fits perfectly with my other rings, and feels completely unique to me.
