If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Just the perfect experience start to finish. Guided through amazingly by Daniel Ferragamo as we are complete novices. I honestly left feeling I had the worlds best knowledge of diamonds (second only to Daniel!)

Bought a Diamond Engagement ring in 2015 and one of the claws had slightly bent. I rang the head office and explained the situation and they were really helpful and asked me to either post the ring or make an appointment due to the cost of the ring i went to their Birmingham branch and met Lauren who was really friendly and so helpful.
She said she could sort it and even re sized the ring as it had got a little loose over the years. The ring has just turned up on the date she said it would and looks amazing. All of this was done FOC .
The service and helpfulness has been a joy, when buying over the internet you always worry but i would recommend anyone to give these people a go.
