Raffle House has been operating since 2018, and over the years we have awarded winners both the properties advertised in our competitions and cash alternatives equivalent to the value of the homes, depending on the winner’s preference.
To ensure the draw process is fair and independent, our competitions are conducted by Civica Election Services, an organization with more than 100 years of experience managing elections, ballots and prize draws.
We also publish details of our previous winners and past draws on our website, allowing customers to see the prizes that have been awarded.
If you have any specific questions or would like further information about how our competitions work, please contact our team at info@rafflehouse.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
Have a flutter with Raffle
There have been a few website issues, but the staff at RH have dealt with the various issues and my emailing them regularly, admirably and professionally.
The videos and photos are great in showing the property available. I have been entering for many months and have yet to win, but certainly worth entering.
I like that when buying a ticket, one can select a charity to which some of the ticket sale goes. Thought that was a good attribute and there are charities to suit every person's inclination.

I am quite new to this company but so far my experience has been great! There a couple of things i had overlooked on the website so i messaged them and i got a prompt reply from a lovely lady and she explained clearly and simply all the queries I had, we had a few exchanges and she was always quick to respond nad clear to understand, so yes, 5 stars! I hope she's not a bot, how would I know?

I entered this months draw as a one off - was not sure if I had signed up to.monthly subscriptions- so emailed the team to enquire - received response same day to say that I had. I explained that I only wanted a one off entry -- monthly subscription was cancelled within the hr and confirmation email sent.

Account error
This is for my recent customer service experience due to having an error with my account. I can’t fault the support and reassurance from Kathie with the Raffle House Customer Support team. I bought a voucher through the rewards dept and didn’t receive an activation code. Although I was initially anxious I had my worries put at ease and had a swift resolution. Kathie was lovely and professional and kept me up to date over the 2days it took to correct the error. Thanks Kathie.

I wouldn't bother waste your time any normal competition would at least let you know if you win not a dicky bird after you pay them they are as if you don't exist .. will not be using these lot again stay away

Original issue sorted quickly and efficiently and pleasantly
Had an original issue with one of their offers for regular subscribers and couldn't get the special offer on my laptop. Sent a message to the customer service team and (Esther) did a great job, sorted this out quickly and applied my extra tickets. Very pleased with the quick response and outcome!

Responds to emails
I had bought raffle tickets and had ticked ‘war paws’ for my charity donation.
However, when I received my raffle tickets via email, it stated ‘no charity selected’.
I immediately got in touch with raffle house and asked if they could rectify this.
Kathie replied promptly, saying that she would sort it, for me.
It’s so refreshing to be able to send an email that is answered, these days.

Very good all round service.
The customer service is excellent if you have any technical problems. Assistants help quite quickly and are friendly.
The competitions often have 2 for 1 House offers on and give you the option to buy one off tickets than have to subscribe, which is good if you like me already have too many subscription bills to consider.
