My flight was delayed, and therefore I was going to miss my train. I wrote to RAIL MONSTERS and even though it was a complex date they managed to change my ticket without hesitation to a new one.

Muchísimo mas caro que la plataforma del mismo servicio del país en el que te encuentres. En mi caso en China una diferencia REAL de un 300% en cada billete.

I was charged €83.68 for a train ticket in Morocco that costs roughly half that price when booked directly through the Moroccan national railway (ONCF).

There was no clear justification for this markup during the booking process. The service provided by Railmonsters did not add any visible value compared to booking directly, yet the price difference was substantial.

I understand that intermediaries charge fees, but a premium of this magnitude—without transparency—feels misleading and unfair. I would strongly recommend that travelers compare prices with the national railway company before booking, as using Railmonsters can result in paying significantly more for the exact same journey.

Disappointing experience, mainly due to lack of price transparency.

Excellent customer service. Mr. Vincent Lane was responsive to my emails and responds right away in a few minutes. He resolved my issue efficiently and I am very grateful for his assistance. Highly recommended to do business with the company.

Even tourist companies in Japan either hadn't heard of them or said they were dodgy.
