Excellent technical advice…
Following a number of issues with our ten year old system, Tim has taken me through the diagnostic procedures leading to the issues being resolved.
Whilst I was disappointed that the submersible pump failed so soon, Tim's help has been invaluable.

Pump malfunction
The staff, Tim Chantrell in particular, were most helpful. My issue is that this is the second pump we have had in under 3 years and it again proved faulty. I was unable to get the pump out of the tank myself let alone replace it after testing. I requested one of your engineers to return it, install it and test the system fully but was told the earliest date anyone would be available was over 4 weeks in the future. The installer of the system showed me some of the practical problems of accessibility for maintenance within the tank and also expressed surprise that the electrics are all within the tank. The system is working now and long may that last!

We have a high demand for our services during the summer when a lot of people have time off work and are at home.
