R&G Installations installed a door that was not compliant with fire regulations. This installation was either done without knowledge of the current regulations which is incompetent, or it was done knowing that it was uncompliant with the regulations, which is unscrupulous. Either way, this is unprofessional in the extreme.
R&G initially agreed to correct this, and then over a 3-month period, where I had to frequently follow up on unanswered emails and phone calls, they kept changing their offer until finally they sent me an email in legal-sounding language. I replied and now once again they are not responding to my messages, so I have now given up in my attempts to communicate with R&G.
For background, the door, costing roughly £2000, was sold by R&G to an elderly pensioner who is infirm and had difficulty with his speech and cognition. To put this into context, £2000 is about ten weeks’ income for this pensioner. When I complained about this, R&G installations stated that not selling him the door (which is uncompliant with fire regulations and thus essentially worthless) would have been discrimination in their opinion.
NB: I did not lie to anyone at R&G Installations. Specifically, it would have been impossible for me to lie to about anything during the survey. I was not involved in the purchase of the door and only became aware of it as the owner of the flat after it was fitted and had failed the safety inspection.

We recently had our windows replaced by R&G installations as part of a renovation project. They were friendly and knowledgeable and beat other quotes that we had been given by quite a large margin. The works were carried out within the initial time frames provided after we paid our deposit and to a very high standard.
We were so impressed with them from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. We would happily recommend them, keep up the great work guys!

We got our conservatory roof done with R&G as it wasn’t in the best condition due to the dated design and not very sustainable since it’s difficult to clean. So we wanted something more sustainable but also aesthetically pleasing.
Tommy came down and did the initial survey with quote who really listened to our requirements and they were really accommodating with the lean-to style that we want so it was a very pleasant experience from the start.
The weather was hot for a week so blessed them for working under the hot sun but they managed to get it done nice and quick.
Graham, Rob, Dale and Josh did a fantastic job to our roof and we’ve been loving it since :)

I had R & G to replace all my windows last week. I couldn't have asked for better service - from Tommy as initial contact, Rob and Graham who came and measured and Dale and Josh who did the fitting. They've done an excellent job, left my house clean and tidy each day and were a pleasure to have around. I'm really happy with the finish and highly recommend them all.

Just had a brand new conservatory built by R&G Installations and had amazing service from start to finish.
Tommy came along and did the initial sale and pricing, explaining everything clearly and knowledgeably regarding the sale.
Rob Graham and Dale worked very professionally throughout the whole job from preparations, block-work, brickwork then the assembly of the conservatory itself, their standard of work and finishings was to a very high standard. Couldn’t fault them in any way and nothing was too much trouble to them.
A lovely team of hard working trustworthy lads, we miss the humour and banter around the house since you have gone. Mustn’t forget a mention to Josh your young apprentice who was a keen mannerly well chosen lad

We had a replacement lean To conservatory fitted by the guys over the last while. Rob,Dale and Graham did a great job and we are very happy with the results and indeed the price they managed to do this for us .It has made such a difference and we would highly recommend the guys.
A mention to Tommy as well as he came along and did the initial sale and pricing. Thanks to all and look forward to seeing you at some point to deal with some little niggles but nothing to do with their works or product.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The new door and window were fitted efficiently and the fitters left everything in a clean and tidy condition. We will be using them again for a new conservatory roof in the not too distant future.

Absolutely amazing service from Rob,Graham and Dale. They fitted our bathroom and new doors and it all looks incredible. I would most definitely recommend them and trust them in my house. They answered my many question and kept me informed of the works. With building work you can never escape some mess but they cleaned up every evening and left the area as clear as they could. Will definitely be calling them back in the future for more work in the house. Thanks again.

Tommy was very friendly and made everything clear what we were getting for our money and answered all our questions with excellent knowledge of the products on offer. The installation was top quality with them installing it with no mess left behind and professional though with top quality standards achieved.

Fantastic products, fitted by Dale with no damage to the internal plaster so no ugly trim inside and no patch work to the rendering outside. Clean and tidy with dust sheets used. Would recommend

From start to finish everything went to plan, the fitters were very professional and helpful. Everything was explained to us. All rubbish was cleared from our property prior to finishing. Thank you for our nice new windows and doors 😃😃 since writing this review we have noticed a few hiccups damage to windowsills locks to window! I will add as issues appear.
