Shipped way faster than I expected. Was expecting a full week but arrived in 5 days! That’s including the day I placed an order, really happy with that. It delivered early morning on the 5th day while I was at work, so was super eager to get back home.

Regarding quality, I was honestly quite surprised. Both the ring and chain were packaged nicely in their own boxes, and branded tissue paper, so presentation was nice there. Also a nice touch and thing to see when I opened the box for the chain, each cross pendant was wrapped in plastics to protect it from scratches during shipping. The polish on both the chain and ring is super nice, very shiny. The details on the ring are nicer than expected too, I love how sharp and straight the lines/edges on it are, and how I can see each individual cross. I will say though, the chain is a bit lighter than I expected.

Pretty good. Clothing is nice. The ring was small but still nice. Necklace is great. Shipping was iffy. Was out for delivery for two days before actually delivered.

I our company hasn't released my purchase to be shipped as of today. When ask to cancel my order, you tell me it's shipping. That is a lie, as I can see it's location.

Brand is on point with it's identity and expression, nothing feels out of place or a misstep from the atmosphere it cultivates. Quality is great, no worries in my skin turning green, however the ring I bought is fairly sharp but that comes with the design.

I LOVE my new necklace! Great quality and received it 2-3 days after ordering! Highly recommed!!

Was on the wait list to get the Pink Tooth Earring for so long and was so excited! They finally restocked and the first time i wear them, the hoop unclips and the tooth is already lost lol. Unless you put the tooth on another secure earring, wouldnt reccommend

Sizing then did nothing then proceed to ignore my customer service request don’t order ever. Doesn’t replace or even help with order terrible company just like there sister company never order from other countries unlesss your there cause I can’t even get my items

It has been over a month and still haven’t received my necklace I paid for. I finally filed a complaint through my work at Superior Court and BBB. Worst business ever and customer service is non-existent. Buyer beware…you will be scammed. And NO this item was NOT marked as pre-ordered so their response is a lie.
